    Negative experience on Discogs.

Seller has a rare Japanese CD I really want - €75.

He also has two more CDs that I want - €20 each.

Shipping is €10 per disc. Doesn't offer combined shipping discount so I pay €30 primarily because I really want that Japanese edition.

Package arrives today. A cursory enquiry with Belgian post website suggests the total package cost €12/€13 to send. Annoying but I can live with that.

Until I open it up and the Japanese CD is nowhere to be seen - he's sent me the regular UK edition worth €15 max. The other two CDs are fine but they weren't the main attraction.

    Response awaited.

RTE football guy just said 1998 is 28 years ago and my brain literally cannot process this. 1998 was about 8 years ago.

    My day couldn’t get worse

My lovely pet cat is mithered … I left her playing with a mouse when I went to the gym. Back to find her looking forlornly as the neighbour’s cat has taken possession of her goods and is teasing her about it :(

Bus Dopes™️ who get on literally right in front of someone with a buggy, then stand in the buggy spot.

Buggy Dopes™️ who park the buggy sideways instead of facing backwards (as the sign fcuking clearly states) meaning everyone else getting on has to squeeze past the handles now blocking the aisle.

    God, I hate people.

Maybe people only do this at sporting events. 🤪

looked out the window this morning, witnessed a man get out of a car that was liveried in decals of a bin company, a competitor of the one I use. The man who looked like a lord of the rings extra started to get on his hunkers and take photos of the info on my bin. 😵‍💫 get off to fûck, mind your own business…

Trying to speak with a human being in a government department, these days, if you even manage to get an actual phone number for them, that is, is like winning the lotto. I was trying to something online but the relevant webpage was downn and kept crashing. Then I was on the phone an hour and a half, of which one hour twenty five just waiting on the queue, before someone answered. However, see the TH thread for the rest of the story.

6 little shites at a bus stop. Throwing stones at the houses, throwing stones at a birds nest in the tree. Running out on a busy main road.

Some buses didn't stop for them. One did and the driver let them on for free. **** sick of it.

Doing a sewing job that needs pins at frequent intervals. I pinch out a few from the box then use them as I need them. Considering how many pins are in the box its TAing that I keep picking up a needle - if I wanted a needle there would be no sign of one.

Situation much improved by removing needles as I find them and putting them somewhere other than back in the box.

I have been chasing a part for a bit of garden machinery for nearly 2 months.

There is sparse info online and didn't know the part number but 1st email reply indicates that the company know exactly what part I require, they'll order it.

Ten emails over 2 months, I've nearly given up. I ask if they have the part yet and they ask me for a picture of the part. They send me a picture of a completely different part.

I can't be bothered to take the machine to bits to take a picture of the part so search the web for a picture and eventually find one along with a part number.

When I search for the part number guess who is the only company to have the part in stock in their webstore. The bloody company who were going to order it for me and kept putting me off saying it was on order. Ordered and just got an email to say its been posted out to me 🙄

Businesses (and others) who use a talking ad or information screed about their services/product and the voice goes on and on - then suddenly someone answers and I can't detatch from the barrage of information I have just been subjected to fast enough to ask a coherent question. I'd nearly prefer the awful musak they pipe out.

Adults cycling on footpaths like little kids who are afraid to cycle on the road. someone should jam a stick between their spokes. 😛 And of course the Guards don't bother their arse to move them off it or fine them.

another one of the mothers bestest pals died. Leaving her nobody now in the immediate area. Lots of neighbours she’s friendly with but none who are proper mates. Used to be a gang of four of them in and out of each others houses for coffee and chats, going for evening walks, doing the odd class in the community centre together, now the mother is the only one of them left so…

The clock on my landline phone loses about a minute a week and it's affecting my OCD 😁

I'm trying to remember when I last got a call on it, even the scammers don't ring it any more. It gets occasional use ringing a mislaid mobile.

But it's basically free now so I'll just go and adjust the clock again!

Glasses were manky so I gave them a clean, nice and shiny and clear. As soon as I put the cleaning cloth in the drawer it started raining and I had to dash out to get the washing in. TA'd by raindrops on my newly cleaned glasses

Another spare part Cold Lumpy Custard Support TA. Not sure who I'm more TAed with An Post Customs guys or the spare part company CS?

Had an issue with customs over a spare part from Germany (although it was bought and paid for in the UK). Customs wouldn't accept "spare part" as a description. After about 6 weeks got the part sent out again and suggested they describe the spare part a bit more. It arrived today after I'd payed customs on it. What did the description say "Spare part" 🤬

A big fat fly is buzzing around in my office so I opened the window to find his way out. He did after a short time, my TA is that just as I stood up to close the window, he flew back in 🙈

I was ringing the GP to order a monthly prescription. The phone is ALWAYS engaged and it takes ages to get through.

They never sent it. Now I have to ring tomorrow and try and get through again.

Why couldn't it have been done properly the first time?
