    I think it's manageable... I didn't do anything special before. Depends on your fitness level. I usually do small training every few days and I passed.

    If it's every 6 weeks they probably filled that group already. I was told first by phone and then yesterday about 13 july

    @Mylittlepony21 keep in your head if you give the best you don't have to do that again. If you are not sure just start exercising a bit. It doesn't need hard training really

    Has anyone from batch 3 heard any updates. My security form was submitted end of jan and I've heard nothing since. Should I chase it up

    Anyone any input on the BCG for the medical? How do we prove it without a bcg scar or medical record or it

    Hi Guys, ive my medical Tuesday, just in terms of the beep test, I see it says 20ms on the documents but some are saying its 30 or 40ms?

    Just wondering if its definitely 20ms or not?

    it’s also not a beep test it’s 30x20m continuous shuttles in 3min 40sec or less

    Seems like they are still working on batch 1 at the moment.

    Im in batch 3 as well, might be early next year that we get in.

    I passed my medical Last Tuesday, Just wondering for the fitness exam whats the level on the beep test we have to reach?

    Or does the exam stop at 3 minutes 40 seconds?

    @Prisonguardrecruit it's shuttle run. You need to run 30x20m in 3:40 or less
