    Looking for some advice. I went from OOM 40 to 10 based on the updated results.

    I selected one town in my county (as i don't drive so I would need that location). Can they offer you outside of your town?

    Also, would anyone have any tips on interview prep for when the time comes?

    I've moved up 780 spaces in Dublin. Now comfortably in the top 200. So glad this mistake was caught, but my sincerest sympathies to those who've moved down. Shame on public jobs for messing this up so badly.

    If you have only selected one town in your county youll only be considered for roles in that town if they become available. What county is it?

    Just got the email.. moved just outside the top 10 for my county! Still pretty happy. Feel sorry people who have been let down massively by PAS!

    I’ve gone into double digits. I was in the high 200s this time yesterday.

    What does that mean for those that interviewed already? It’s seems like everyone has swapped high to low and low to high

    Let PAS deal with that, pretty embarrassing for them. How are they going to explain to someone who was top 50 and interviewed and now in the 500s..

    I'm devasted. Went from definitely getting a job to definitely not getting a job. My darkest day in years made worse but their mistake

    @DDAAGEL

    Realistically for Dublin you have a very good chance of being called. I know some from 2024 who was in the oom 2000 and was successful.

    Went from the 50s to 70s, gutted. They can go f&£k themselves

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 158 ✭✭GippyGup

    I'm just so upset. There's only 6 stupid questions. And they've taken away what little hope I had

    @SpookyShivSuki

    I know someone in Dublin who hasn't. Someone mentioned the qualifying score has reduced. Can anyone confirm?

    Dropped from high 400's to low 700's in Dublin, hopefully I'll still get an interview, just longer to wait. Disappointing my score dropped but if its my real score then i really cannot complain, so be it.

    Yes it has, its gone from 300 to 240. I originally scored 640 isnt now my new score is 610, but I have moved up 5 places.. makes zero sense to me.

    Went from 116 to 94 in Tipperary area, doubt I still have much hope for getting called but I feel so sorry for anyone that’s gone down, what a joke!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,162 ✭✭✭Zhane

    I originally got in the high 120s, I’m now 61 in OOM. Still have no chance I’d say but I’m surprised it went up to a better place!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,941 ✭✭✭lisasimpson

    I went from 23 to 63 in tipperary.

    I went from 13 to 111 in Offaly. That's me finished. Makes no sense at all. I am furious and gutted.

    im guessing it doesnt really matter then if you have done an interview already, you just get in the queue till your oom comes up?
