Can someone who uses Lycamobile clarify what does their top up period mean? Is it 28 days, 30 days or calendar month? In the same app for the same plan they show different time periods. See the 2 screenshots below. I am very confused

Long Term plans are x occurrences of 30 days (even if it says month). BUT you need to make sure to choose the Long Term plan that you did show in your screenshot. I.e. Pay for the whole period in advance.

If you choose for example the 12 Month plan via the 12 Month Plan - 10% off tab than it's 28 days and it's paid every 28 days unless your payment fails or you cancel.

However this is Lyca, so your actual experience might be different from another person on exactly the same plan.

I tried porting my number over a couple of times, I kept getting the auto response:

"We have successfully registered your request. Your welcome porting plan will be activated within 24 hours".

I tried in October twice, December and January,.

I tried one last time a week ago, got the response, and I contacted support using their chat on their website.

Later on the same day ,I received a text:

"Port-In offer has been activated successfully. Thank you for choosing Lyca Mobile."

Thank you for the heads up. 😊

For anyone else - text PORTIN to the number 8888.

Do I need to do that every month, or just top up by €8 (€10) and from now on it is automated?
