Yes, downloading the daily HDF, there is a missing decimal point! I will be calling them as soon as they open.

Look at the first 3 rows compared to all the other rows in column C.

I note that ESBN are claiming that it has been resolved for most customers…

The software defect has been fixed and more than 99% of the affected customers’ usage data has now been corrected.

…but mine still is only showing up to the 5th despite mine not having been showing as incorrect originally.

Same with me, only showing until the 5th.

Interesting that "99%" of homes have been corrected. I was wondering why there hasn't been more made of how slow they have been to fix the issue.

    Same, stopped @ 5th.

Pinergy have my usage this week so they must be getting it from somewhere, looks like its just us end users are …in the dark…

One of my meters is only going to the 5th also.

The other is only going to January 14th! Lost power due to a line failure that day but it was restored a few days later but the meter has never resumed data.

I wonder is the 1% those with Solar, my Networks account also stopped at March 5th.My export then was 23kws,now its near 240kws

I've solar too and did wonder the same. Think you might be right as the export amounts might not be as easy to retrospectively calculate.

Annoying thing for me is Pinergy are showing some usage for me but a lot of non EV period usage which I know is not right, and costly unless it's corrected! Last few days seems correct but a few days last week is way off.

The Billing is not based on the half hourly data

Each smart meter has a cumulative counter for number of KWH imported and exported since the meter was installed. There are also cumulative counters for the Day/Peak/Night KWH since the meter was installed.

When calculating a bill the supplier subtracts the cumulative numbers for the last bill date from the cumulative numbers for the current bill date.

The problems experienced by ESB Networks affect upstream processing but aren't anything to do with the he actual data in the smart meter. Even if they lost weeks of uploads it wouldn't affect billing accuracy.

If we get into dynamic pricing that would require the half hourly data to do billing but that is not there at present for retail customers.

Haven't had a flex event (in Cork) since 17th Feb, nearly end of March now.. Longest gap I can remember…

Yes nothing wrong with the meter.

But half hour data is definitely used for anyone not on a day/night/peak tariff. The individual registers arent used for say an EV tariff etc
