Hi all.

Can someone recommend a good bricks and mortar store for home gym equipment please. Specifically looking for a bench, bar weight set and stand. It’s for a teen who has potential at another sport but needs to start building muscle mass now.

I’ve looked online but I’m clueless so will probably need to view in the flesh.

Yes, I shop at Decathlon too. Right now, I’m buying equipment for a small gym at work — things like dumbbells, resistance bands, weight plates, and exercise mats. My boss recently read an article and has started actively investing in employee wellness. That’s really great, because good physical well-being and a stable mental state have a positive impact on productivity. I think he’ll notice the results very soon.
