    Ok. I got a notification of the PM from Smuggler but not of the quote from New Home. So it's half working.

    I notice i am not receiving notifications on either pc and was not sure if any replies were on those posts.

    Now even the bookmarked threads aren't updating. I posted something in the TA thread a few mins ago, I went to https://www.boards.ie/discussions/bookmarked and refreshed the page, but the thread only shows the name of the previous poster as the last one instead of mine.

    That happened to me earlier as well. The 'post comment' box was greyed out and I had to refresh before it went blue again so I could post.

    When I click the back button to My Favourites after viewing a post, it can take ages to reload the My Favourites page. (Sometimes it loads as fast as before).

    Yep. It's crawling, and since last night evey time you try to post/edit something, the system hangs and then returns a Cloudflare error.

    I came on here to report stuff, and see it's already been done -

    try to post and it hangs and then the page splits between a cloudflare error message and a reduced boards page (I'll try to get a screenshot next time it happens) - that has been happening intermittently for about 5 or 6 days now (desktop, Firefox) -

    and I'm seeing double posts all over the shop this morning (think I saw a couple yesterday as well)

    ETA - there ya go!

    Hey there, I appreciate that. I understand that these things are incredibly frustrating.

    I wanted to give everyone else the heads up that I am requesting a fix for the notifications error that is happening across the site. It seems to be affecting every account type, myself included.

    On the slow loading and cloudfare timeout issues, there was some scheduled maintenance being carried out by Vanilla forums on the EU customer environments over the last couple of days. Are there any lingering timeout issues?

    Yes there are - most of the posts I've made this morning have hung and given that cloudflare error (screenshot in my post above) - so still very much an issue.

    Posts made are no longer updating in the bookmarked thread list - my post above this is there, but on my bookmarks list the latest post is shown as joujoujou's one, 3 posts prior to that.

    Also happening in other threads - my post in the Wordle thread appears in the bookmarks list, but not my post in the Scramblers banned thread.

    Edit: … and attempting to post ^^^ that caused a duplication. What seems to work is this:

    1. Try and save the comment.
    2. When it gets stuck, click on Save Draft (that part works fine).
    3. Refresh the page.
    4. Voilà, the post appears.

    Re the double posting - it's not only happening within threads - where a new thread is opened, it seems to be opening duplicates as well

    I've realised what the problem is (or part of it anyway) - posting in a thread for the first time no longer automatically bookmarks it. You have to click the flag (or star on mobile) separately.

    That has always been the case when creating new threads. Catch 22 you need a thread to exist to be able to bookmark it.

    Make sure this option is still ticked when replying to threads?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
