If you'd had the same incident today, it would barely move the needle. MAGA pundits would be on Twitter within seconds to spread the usual FUD and disinformation.

Again they've no idea how to moderate their language or buy time. Within an hour of the incident, the DHS has set out its stall - all the bingo words in there. 'Illegal alien' 'defensive shots', 'Rioters'

It's already being torn apart, analysis seems to show him being disarmed, there's been absolutely no time to investigate or correlate their story, but seeing the Govt lie so clearly, about an American death is just feeding into the tinderbox.

The fact that he was a legal gun owner with permit, but that's being ignored as justification to shoot him is also starting to jump across the red/blue divide as other American gun owners are questioning it

They are saying he was disarmed and then one agent discharged his gun by accident and another agent just started firing multiple shots into the victim in reaction. Horrible video. Blood hungry scum.

No question Carney's speech was absolutely spot on at Davos. Ourselves and Canada will hopefully be able to grow closer together in all sphere's which makes sense for us all and start to disentangle ourselves from the Americans as much as possible which for both countries will take considerable time but its clearly the direction we need to be going.

Victim was a nurse who worked with the VA. He had a concealed carry licence which I thought the republicans were all about. The federal authorities still saying he approached agents with a fire arm and intended to “massacre” them. Multiple video angles now 100% prove that line to be false. Nowhere to hide now.

The institutions of state over there have failed. The legislature is captured and it seems the court system is either captured or so slow moving it's not going to be capable of reining it in.
