Plus you generally get the best seats in the house for most games, including Munster and all ireland finals

You can buy more when available.

Had 2 for Dublin since day one.
Upped it to 3 three years ago, 5 two years ago and renewed 4 today so there will be at least one spare when they are made available again.

Yeah a friend had bought 3 and was able to buy 5 more last week.

A complete balls that you can't setup groups anymore.

Absolutely, the season ticket has been chipped away at and completely devalued over the years. Its at the point now where it's a big outlay for very little.Like most people i only have them for possible All Ireland tickets.

To get around the group seating I put myself and my wife's ticket in my name. You can nominate a person in your group to have it all in their name and then all your tix with be seated together. Major headache for that person though as all money will come out of their account before matches.

Season ticket holder here. Heading to Croker for Donegal v Dublin on the 24th. I've been given a seat in Cusack section 306. I want to bring my son in law along, how do go about getting us seated together ?,

The bring a friend option was gotten rid of a few years ago.

You could buy his ticket and buy a juvenile ticket seated next to him for a fiver. Scan in with your season ticket and sit togther.

The Lower stands of CP hold up on 40k not including the Hill. As long as he gets in you can sit next to him somewhere.

There are no games showing for me under 'my events'

Im getting a "Your ticket is not available to be managed." error when going into my Events. My renewal shows as paid in invoices so it must be the correct login etc.

    edit

    Got Sorted

So what the hell is going on with the season tickets, and the "renewal only" message thats still there for 3 of the tickets? Are they sold out or what? If so why can't they state that on the ticketmaster site? The Donegal ST is marked as sold out (it wasnt one of the renewal only ones) so they seem to be able to show that.
A number of the originally renewal only tickets (clare, dublin, mayo for example) did become available, and still are available now, but they became available at seemingly random times since mid December. I thought there was supposed to be a hard cut off date where renewals had to be complete or they'd be made available?

Are we to take it now that Armagh, Cork and Limerick tickets are just not going to be available this year? Its headwrecking seeing that renewal notice not being updated. And even more infuriating if they are still actually allowing renewals for those tickets.

    Anyone with any insight?

One thing is always certain, Ticketmaster never ever make it easy to do anything. They are a disgrace.

Some people must not have renewed Armagh, Cork or Limerick tickets, not many, but some. So it is not clear how these might have been distributed. Perhaps people are renewing and just sending the tickets to someone else.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 391 ✭✭Beagslife

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 137 ✭✭Jamemid

Does the season ticket still cover league finals or was that done away with?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 42,565 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Hurling Championship tickets on sale now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,052 ✭✭✭Stationmaster

Covers league finals once your county is in it definitely - not sure if it covers it otherwise still.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 137 ✭✭Jamemid

Thanks. My county is in it but when I log into my season ticket it only gives the option to buy them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 42,565 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Been refreshing for the Walsh Park games but seem to be getting the same '2 seats' the whole time. Usually would get different ones each refresh

Rather be in the aisle then stuck in the middle of the row

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,052 ✭✭✭Stationmaster

I got an email earlier to say they were only being made available tomorrow. maybe hold out till then. If they're charging us then it's a bit Irish!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 22,106 ✭✭✭✭Bass Reeves

It looks like ypu are buyingbit but the charge is 0. Sh!te tickets section 304 row G. Not good enough really. The allotted season tickets are getting worse every year

Got sorted after. They do make it complicated in the app though.

Yeah seat selection is shite, should be able to choose from whatever seats are left.

Not much benefit from the season ticket ,unless your team is getting to an all Ireland final.
