I agree, next week can be written off unless something miraculous happens.

I would agree. 1-4 looks baked in unless something wild happens.

Raiders to win at the Colts. They won't just let us write the year off, the suddering must continue.

Kolton Miller gone to IR so our run game is likely to come to a shuddering halt against the Colts.

I am more concerned about our Run defense against Jonathon Taylor - he is on a tear and our front 7 need to have a big game to keep him bottled up

You were right to be worried! That was one of the worst performances from all aspects of the team that I've seen in years, I'm not sure where we go from here but Carroll needs to come up with something very quickly.

yeah the first half we kept him in check but the second half was a disaster. I felt like Ashton Jeanty was playing well - avg of about 4 yards per rush and we are just not using him enough - Geno was under constant pressure - the 1st pick was a batted ball fair enough but the second one was a crazy decision to throw into a double team.

Without Mayer and Myers we struggled to get anyone open down field - hopefully they can come back soon. If we cant beat the Titans next week I don't see many other games on the schedule we can win. Maybe it will be all in for the number 1 pick next year. Watching Maxx Crosby's interview after the game he looked gutted - I feel for him, he is an All Pro on a really poor team - you have to wonder if he will be on the team next year or be part of a trade to generate draft capital.

Unfortunately I think your right on both counts. Crosby has given his all and is a really elite level player who clearly wants so badly for the Raiders to be a success but to say its not happening is an understatement so I think your right I think he ends up being traded to try and help a reuild. I also think the only thing the Raiders will be challenging for this season is the number 1 draft pick which currently the Jets hold. The Raiders now one of 7 teams including next weeks opponents the Titans with just 1 win. Already next weeks game is looking like a final throw for this season. A loss next week and its hard to see where any other wins from.

Well our offense is still hot garbage but the D bailed us out all night. Devin White was an absolute wrecking ball in the first half. I am really worried about the LT situation - Geno got no time to throw with pressure coming from past Forsythe - may need to change that up.

The Chiefs are back on fire so not expecting too much out of next week - just need to get to the rest week and start getting players back for the second half of season - hopefully we can get Kolton Miller back soon (i think he is still out for at least 3-4 more weeks).

That was an ugly, ugly game. A lot of injuries but jeez, show some bit of fight.

Some trade talk on Maxx Crosby but looks like he isn't going anywhere according to the front office.

Jakobi Meyers still pushing for a trade but I dont see a huge market for him - maybe the Buccaneers come in now that they have lost Mike Evans for the year.

With Tyler Lockett coming in looks likely now that Jakobi Myers will be traded - We are looking for a Day 2 pick but I would be surprised if we get anything more than a Rd 4 pick for him based on the last few years of WR trades.

Yep, I don't see us getting anything more than that. I think it is a short-sighted move though, Myers wasn't looking for a lot of money and is still our best WR. Lockett's best days are behind him so if the Raiders are still hell-bent on getting rid of Myers they would do better to give more playing time to Bech and Thornton instead of bringing in Lockett.

I see Lincoln Kennedy is having a go at Carroll and Kelly for the way they are treating Jackson Powers Johnson. Kennedy sees him as the best prospect on the OLine and the coaches should be treating him as a future asset to be developed and not as someone they seem determined to get rid of!

Agreed on the WR front - give those guys a shot and see what comes out of it - Lockett is just familiar with Carroll so I can see why they picked him up but there's a reason he was released by the Titans.

Powers-Johnson is in a tough spot - he wasn't drafted by the current staff so they have no loyalty to him - I would prefer him to stay at centre as he did well there last year but it hasnt worked out for him at Guard - our O line is so bad right now that its hard to say where the blame lies - my money is on Chip Kelly going before we move anyone else. Next years draft/free agency needs to seriously address the O-Line.

I know this image is with Geno winding back to throw for the failed 2 pt conversion but it’s a stable pocket , Jakobi Myers is breaking open in the middle and he tries to pass over 3 defenders to the back of the endzone. A little bit of patience here and he can just pitch the ball to Myers. A shame as it was a really good effort by the special teams and offense to get the opportunity to win.
