    More high rep light stuff. No barbells. Did a lot of leg presssing - up to 4 plates per side. Was kinda fatigued two days later from it.

    I used to enjoy the post comp training and doing different lifts after spending so long with numbers in mind and being invested in those numbers.

    It was freeing to move to different lifts.

    Well done on the comp!
