    I must say, Jerry handled it like a real pro… didn't miss a step and just gave a short summary of the forecast. Luckily it's pretty settled for the next few days so nothing too important was missed.

    I always found his presentation very precise, level headed and professional. He's one of the old school.

    He is definitely one of the best.

    On a different note, and this has probably been mentioned before, but could they give the forecasters another minute or two. It all seems so rushed and doesn't give them time to catch their breath.

    Agreed. The forecasts on RTE have become so rushed with all the new graphics having to be covered in the original allocated time slot, they have lost some of their clarity and directness. Too much clutter now.
