    Thanks that usefull although slightly vague similar adjustments could end being well very dissimilar and I hope not. Also would live if this happend before January because I'm applying for a mortgage then.

    Having been through the process recently, being bumped an extra point on the scale won't make too much of a difference to your mortgage application.

    True but with the ICS lender they take 3 points up and from 2 to 3 on my scale isn't high but from 3 to 6 is a a good chunk.
