    Apologies if incorrect forum Mods.

Suffering with what Doctor has prescribed as Plantar Fasciitis. The remedy - paracetamol!

Has anyone got any relief from a particular type of treatment for this ailment?

There are multiple treatments.Google a physio or expert on it and go visit them.

I've suffered on and off with it for years. Go see a good chiropodist. I got rid of it with proper rest, and by getting insoles for when doing any high impact exercise or sport. Proper footwear is extremely important.

Paracetamol is purely for pain relief - it doesn't heal anything.

PF is an overuse injury. You have to do exercises for the area at the appropriate dose if you want it to heal. I'd recommend seeing a good physiotherapist.
