The blatant paid advertising is starting to grate alright. I seriously doubt anyone ever wanted a crossover in this game. Im close to giving up on this game. I mean, I bought it digitally, but im losing love with it. GT7, the real Advertisiment Simulator. Shame, because they've done savage work, and i did get my monies worth out of it, but it never really reached the heights of previous entries, PSVR2 experience aside.

They won't be happy until everyone's garage is full of crossovers.

I only played the game yesterday to buy a legendary car and claim a reward for a lap time challenge.

Apart from that, I play the very little of the game. I don't care for new cars anymore and all I want is new tracks

I did some work on my N-One:

I somehow finally completed the only main menu book, the super formula one. Never could get the hang of it, using the Honda 19. Think last week the final race was a super formula one, and I managed to win it, so said I'd give the menu book a go. To my surprise, once I learned the braking points for the tracks, I was golden, won them all by 10+ seconds. Now if only the same would happen with the final super licence tests, only finished one of them on gold.

Probably did over a 100 laps of this on controller but can't get closer than two tenths from Gold.

This random Top Gear clip popped up on my YouTube feed the other day...

On a side note, Jesus I miss Top Gear!

Just finished them up myself. Trusty Sauber C9 to make easy work of the final one.

Just looked at the update there. Already had the cars for the new extra menu, an f'ing 6 star engine ticket. What a waste.

Good thing I've always had a horn for the Renault Espace....

The paid sponsorships are getting quite annoying tbh. Between the and constantly having to drive a horrendous Ferrari around...

They should get rid of the engine tickets and the car invitations for sure.

Ya, its a bad joke at this point. I wonder are they putting most of their resources into GT8. There is no sign of fixing any of these issues.

I still haven't received an invite to buy an Enzo. It's been THREE AND A HALF YEARS.

Just FYI, the first ever Irish competitor, Jay Murphy, is taking part in the Manufacturer's Cup Winners Campaign. Not sure what he's like, but gave him a vote for the win with McLaren. He's not in the Nations Cup, so my vote goes to my man Miyazono. Handy 2mil if they both win.

And in 8 days dont forget to pick winners for the Viewers Campaign, 2 free cars, one of which is the Porsche 962 C '88. Have to "watch" the streams once they're over, but you just have to load it. I usually skip to the last lap and quit out when the race ends. Get the cars on Oct 7th.

The racing is actually usually good craic to watch. Tom Brooks and Jimmy Broadbent are excellent commentators.

    This too shall pass.

The long wait for fixed invitations is nearly over and two new tracks. Wonder is this timed for Christmas to stop people moving to other racing games. Anyway a nice big update 3 and half years later. Pretty cool.

Happy to see the FTO and Mines R34 there. The new level cap and unlimited time invitations will definitely help someone like myself that never has too much credits. I've bought and sold a few invitation cars I would have liked to keep but needed the cash back for menu books.
