    C2: 6 x 2-mins (1-min rests) @ 1:46.4/500m
    Weighted Pull Ups: sets of 5 w/ 5, 10, 15, 20kg >> max set +25kg x 3, BW x 17
    DB Bench: 4 WS
    Hamstring Curls: 4 WS

Happy enough with how I managed the pace on the C2 - more even across all - but I want to get that down to < 1:45.5

    C2: 3,000m at medium intensity @ 1:57/500m
    DB OHP: 4 WS
    Leg Extensions: 4 WS
    BB Shrugs: 4 WS
    High Row: 4 WS

No point in hammering the legs on the erg after last night so just cruised a medium intensity row.

    C2: 3 x 4-mins (2-min rests) @ 1:48.5/500m
    Bench: 5 WS
    High Box Squat: 4 WS
    Plated Row: 4 WS

Happy with erg time. Best pace I've done on the 4-minute intervals for a long time but now the challenge is to get to that pace for 4, 5, 6 rounds of 4-minutes. Was going great last October training for the IIRC - before pneumonia ruined that - and did 1:48.6/500m for 6 x 4-minutes. That's where i need to get back to

    Ok

******Strange post and possibly wrong forum alert

Right so in early thirtys and not really sporty or anything but not weak or unfit either.

I've always had trouble in terms of weak arms and defence with them.

Like when you need to raise them high up and try to grab something with pressure or in realistic terms someone elses arms when you try to back them off without doing something stupid

When hand/arms are down and going to the ground meeting the same challenges it is completely different.

I'd have always been the person asked to grab something heavy or been more ready for something challenging closer to ground level. Even before some people who on the face of it would appear stronger than me

I've always been a hands down by side person (literally) and obviously as you can tell mostly work at ground level so there's no weakness in terms of that

But some reason minute arms go up they are as weak as feathers. I'd be thinking without being specific that it would be pretty important to boxers and mma fighter not to be weak in that area. Obviously nobody goes around with their hands up in the air so thinking on a practically level

Without specifically training on those what would i need to be working on

    C2: 2 x 6-mins (3-min rests) @ 1:49.4/500m
    Seal Row: 4 WS
    Hamstring Curls: 5 WS
    Incline Bench: 4 WS
    Lat Pulldowns: 4 WS

Was on holidays for a few days - good timing cos my back flared up over the weekend and it was pretty debilitating.

    C2: 20 mins at Zone 3 (HR)
    DB OHP: 4 WS
    Hamstring Curls: 4 WS
    Plated Rows: 4 WS

Realised the zone 2 just wasn't going to be doing much for me in the context of the training as whole. It was little more than active recovery and that's fine but wanted to push it a bit and build the engine.

    C2: 3 x 4-mins (2-min rests) @ 1:48.2/500m
    DB Bench: 3 WS
    DB Chest-Supported Rows: 3 WS
    Leg Extensions: 3 WS

Short on time so shorter session.

100th training session of the year. On track to hit my target
