What would a typical hourly rate for a Quantity Surveyor be on a Pharma project in Ireland?

Being contracted for an hourly rate is mainly what you can negotiate. But it’s going to be roughly what’s they’d pay in house, plus costs, plus loading for leave, public holidays etc

If you're talking about contracting in to the likes of Jacobs or PM on a Pharma project, a Senior QS would get approx. €60 - €80 + VAT per hour depending on experience

Spoke to a guy last week who's on site at a new pharma project - he's getting E78 per hour.

OP didn't say he was in pharma. His question has nothing to do with Pharma salaries. I'm not sure which part of this you don't understand.

In case you still don't get it. He asked how much a Quantity Surveyor would get. That's a construction role, not a pharma role (the forum name should have been a clue). The "Pharma project" is the specific construction project he asked about. Again, nothing to do with Pharma roles or salaries. Same way a Data centre project has nothing to do with IT Systems salaries.

You realise that pharma project means the construction of building for the pharma industry right. And once again, nothing to do with Pharma roles or salaries.
