    Today, Sarah…

    Finding love later in life.

Back to school costs from yesterday.

Installments costing more than paying outright hurting those with less to spend, motor tax for example.

Fans not showing up for wimmins sports.

    Sarah, Back at Base.

    Finding love later in life.

Back to school costs, designer brand uniforms.

The less you have the more you pay.

    GAA woman no interest, why?

Will Nonononnononono be called for opinion?

It's been answered very early in the call…………the product isn't good enough to sell.

That's not a slight on the relative quality of the participants in question, it's the basics of economics. If it's not an attractive product, it doesn't sell.

It's hardly alone in the field of women's sport. There are some that attract audiences, but there are others that don't.

Maybe needs a half time show that would on its own draw a similar audience to the match.

Whoy do RTÉ have "Up For The Match" for both the mens football and hurling but don't have a single show for the womens football or camogie?

What was that music? Ray coming in?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 893 ✭✭✭Dublin Calling

My own mother played in 1968. No 'Only yesterday' from Sarah. Just the default hold music from the switchboard.

because they would have to release the amount of viewers, and that could be very embarrassing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,734 ✭✭✭✭McDermotX

    Standard input

Tie it to the men's game.

    Good grief

Ask the NBA folk over in the US of A how they feel about having to supplement the WNBA because nobody goes to it. When not having to dodge dildos being thrown onto court, the ladies are wearing shirts demanding more money - for a product that doesnt sell.

It's been glossed over too much, but concentrate on why women arent going to the sports

They better not have the pitch lined up the same way as for the mens hurling final, it would make you seasick.
