    This is quite grim if true. They can strike it from the records , but ultimately Yafai possibly took a beating which probably shortened his career from a dude on the juice. Lifetime ban hopefully.

    Very little chat on the Taylor fight.

    I think she is on borrowed time now. I thought Serranno won the 2nd fight, and expect her to get the victory this time, possibly setting up a 4th fight.

    She's beaten Serranno twice what's the point of a third fight? I've no interest in it anyway, if anything she should be setting up a third fight with Cameron.

    I know that it just does nothing else for Taylor imo and I'm personally not interested in it, she's at the end of her career I can't see a lot left in her tbh I think a third with Cameron has to happen considering shes the only one who beat her and its 1-1.

    If Taylor beats her then so what, she's already done it twice, I get the financial gain but aside from that it adds nothing to Taylors record or legacy and at this stage in her career that's what id be focused on.

    I agree, I myself can't see a 3rd Cameron fight happening now anyway no matter how this fight goes, its been left too late, she's 39 I don't see her risking it now, Serrano is the easier fight and its the most profitable of the two.

    While as mentioned by many below, making money is a huge part of it, let's not forget this is promoted by Serrano's team.

    The thought process is not what does Taylor get from this, it's what Serrano gets from it.

    Obviously avenging those loses to Taylor is their goal, and despite the fact she'd still be behind in the trilogy, they'll disregard the losses with the excuses they've made re judging, headbutts etc.

    Neither fighter is getting any younger, and if this fight is anything like the last two it'll be gruelling. I still expect this to be very good, but both ladies will likely be retired within the next two years.

    This is why serious bans are needed in the sport. It may now be a NC but with the beating he took I doubt Yafai will ever be the same fighter again.

    Agreed, also should say it shouldn't take away from the fact that his corner should have thrown in the towel before the end of the fight, it was a horrible watch. I don't know much about Yafai, but I feel so sorry about him, just failed every way possible sadly.

    Watched the Misfits on Dazn last night.

    Joey Essex was on the card.

    I don't think I've ever laughed out loud watching a fight before but this was like watching Laurel & Hardy.

    Hats off for effort to the two lads and putting on a spectacle even though they lacked almost any skill.

    It was entertaining anyway.

    Joey did better than audley Harrison against haye, for a fella new to boxing and at 35 he did well to get in shape and throw a few shots. I always thought he was a bit of a moron but that must have been an act to get paid gigs on tv

    Darren till going screaming at the cobra was a bit much but maybe that’s what the misfits is all about
