Yeah I was able to get them on the App early on thank god but took me ten minutes or so after they went on sale to remember it was a thing! haha. No idea what is up with the official site though so many people like ourselves would of went straight there at 11.

I was trying to get 1 adult and 4 juvenile tickets. But keeps coming up an error message.

Looks like there is a limit of juveniles tickets that can be bought per adult e.g. I am going as the adult, but was hoping to bring 4 kids with me. But doesn't allow me to buy 5 tickets in a row - where one is an adult, and the other 4 are juvs. I wasn't aware of that before. Lets me get 1 adult and 2 juvenile. But then doesn't allow to get the other 2 juvenile tickets separately. So basically, an adult going on their own cannot bring all of their kids for the €5 price.

Anyone make sense of that. Has it always been like that.

I have only ever had my son with me but I've noticed there's not as many groups of younger kids going together as much as there used to be. Maybe something did change I dunno.

NFL Dublin tickets were on sale at the same time which is why the site might have crashed. We know how little TM can handle.

Ok. Thanks. I was going through the various permutations. And it looks like 2 juvenile tickets per adult is all that it is allowing.

On this - the county team seems a bit disengaged from the clubs.

Other counties, you'll see a big club outing for a county game in Croke Park - they might play a friendly in the morning somewhere in Dublin and then go to croker in the afternoon. Dublin clubs not doing this -

Not criticising Dublin clubs on this; after all its an amateur assocation and volunteers have enough to be doing. Just an observation.

I remember back in the day ha when I was in primary school going to a good few games in Croke Park as the school always had some kind of involvement with GAA Paul Curran and Brian Styles being ex students (Actually remember them bringing Sam to the school in 95). My kids school has a club house next door and he's never once mentioned anyone going to games. I don't really know which way they do these things anymore maybe they just don't feel its worth the hassle?

It seems we both went to the same school as I was there that day too!

Haha that's mad! :-) I cant remember who I had as a teacher at the time Mr Fleming maybe not sure! Actually I remember there being a fella in me class who had family from Down he used to wear the jersey in for PE. He wore it that day of course everyone else was wearing blue. We gave him some abuse haha.

Dublin hurlers should get man sent off more often great first half. Harsh red on Chris Crummey. Hopefully keep it up.

    Kilkenny man here.

Absolute **** legends! What an inspiring performance. Well done. Hope we meet ye in the final. Long live Leinster!

Crummey probably Dublins best player and all. Even watching it thought Limerick would pull away late on, Fierce defending from Dublin.

    Magnificent, can't believe it.

Didn't think we had a chance.

Shout out to the Limerick fans in croke park.

    They were very gracious after.

Fantastic display. Dublin just kept coming and coming. When Limerick finally got frightened they couldn't reply. Ye finished one of the best teams of all time today. I think that Limerick team just collapsed after the Munster final and the Dubs finished them off. Great great win . Leinster team in the final ...

Limerick fans are the best. No doubt about it. But great for Dublin ...provided ye play something similar against Kilkenny. No good if ye get spanked in the semi

Gas - makes you a year or two older than me I reckon, pretty sure I was in Ms Molloy's class. Fleming was a great teacher to be fair, despite being from Kerry!

Anyway, what a win for the hurlers, roll on the football now 💪💙

My dad woukd of loved that. His brother, my uncle was last captain of all Ireland final Dublin team that reached final in 61’!

    Paddy Small is infuriating!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,230 ✭✭✭✭gormdubhgorm

Not happy with that first half from the footballers. Cork in control. Dublin’s first half reminiscent of Limerick’s first half in the hurling. Real easy oozy feel to it. That is how a team gets caught. That Cork 15 Jones heading for MOTM so far.

hopefully that 2 pointer will give us a lift

Dublin hit some poor early wides then fell asleep for the Cork goal. Really pedestrian from Dublin, men getting isolated on the ball, no one running into space. O Cofaigh Byrne playing decent winning alot of ball.

Got the result but overall a lot to do ,same issues really not gone away for me with not scoring enough when on top .
