Today was one of the worst days in a long time, it's one thing to rain all day but to have it that cold aswell is horrible.

Lovely day in Dublin today. Blue skies and crisp.

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

Cracking day alright. I don't mind the cold as long as its sunny and dry. Today was a perfect Winters day...

I'm the exact same I'd take fifty days like today compared to the freezing muck we had on Monday and Tuesday.

The only downside was my commute was a lot longer as everyone was sticking to main roads as back roads too dangerous.

15°c in Dublin, Shannon and Kerry at 14:30, crazy given how cold it was only yesterday.

It actually feels warm outside, warmer than inside the house for sure.

Today wasn't actually a bad day, the Sun even made an appearance briefly , however the rain is back now and the wind seems to be picking up again

Wild along Galway Bay this morning. Bracing walk but energised now. The wind turbines are flying it!

Very windy day but we have had a lovely few hours out in the park. Hats are a must today, temperature is a bit deceptive, it feels colder due to wind but we are well wrapped up so ok.

Some amazing clouds at sunset as the front was clearing in Sutton, Dublin but boy was it windy!

Sryan, I think you could be that man in the Kit Kat ad, trying to get the perfect photo of the dancing Panda's !

Great dry day here so far in Meath with plenty of sunshine and not cold.

Sunshine but drops of rain in Galway city. Met Eireanns forecast says I'm going mad, it's actually cloudy and dry. Yesterday too, showers in morning but the MÉ hourly forecast said no chance.

Told me it wouldn't go below 4/5°c last night, yet it got down to 1/2°c with a frost.

Why have an hourly forecast if it's just going to be blatantly incorrect?

Their website and app need to be seriously looked at. I'm not sure who oversees it, but it's pretty poor. I regularly get anomalies from each and being honest, pay little regard to the site, other than a cursory glance now and then

Lovely clear sunny day in Dublin again today. It's been a great month here for the most part, calm and mild in the first half and the past week has had plenty of sunshine, we missed out on any of the 'interesting' weather from last week but no complaints really

Absolute stunner of a day in Dublin. No wind and blue sky.

Yeah beautiful weather. Will help drain all the rain.

As autumns in Ireland go, its been a great one, not without it's rain but a lot of that fell during particularly wet days. It feels like we've had a lot more dry days that typical.

I think so too, the cloudy overcast weather was a bit of a drag but great for getting out for walks and doing the few jobs. Glorious day today, frosty start with a frozen over car but roads were fine. Dazzling bright chilly sunshine now in Ballyheigue , at work. 😃

About time we've had an alright season, feels like it's been stinker after stinker of late.

To echo others, quite a fantastic late November day. Still some autumn colours left on the trees in Carton House, Kildare despite the cold spell and Storm Bert.

14 years today heavy snow ❄️ effected the east coast with about 10/11 hours of thundersnow, also leading to cold temperatures for a week and then from the 16th December then we had 10 days of Arctic winds leading temperatures to dip to -18c I think in the northwest , hopefully if we even get ¼ of that cold this winter it won't be till January 😀 fingers crossed 🤞

The cold snap might have passed but looks like we will have a few frosty morning this week. Was a lovely crisp morning in Lough Boora this morning.

Frosty start, -4 at 7am in Dunsany.

Funny thing is in Meath this weeks weather is probably more severe than the cold snap last week. Severe frosts last 2 nights and another one tonight making that 3 nights frost in a row. Last week we only managed 2 frosts and they were split apart, temperatures by night this week have also been lower than last week.

Fell to -3.8 and currently -2.8 and fog
