    Hi all,

So we have had the successful return of Werewolf to boards, so I think we should make a return of the post game feedback thread.

You can have your say on all things that you liked/disliked about the last few games and if there is anything that you would like to see implemented in future games etc

These are always good threads to give mods and potential new mods some ideas that they could implement or change to make the game better for players.

The games were great, really well planned, great mechanics and good craic in the backrooms with games mods and the deadroom. There's a lot of work involved for games mods but it looked effortless, even in the role madness games.

I really dislike games without an autopriest, but I can see that it does add to the madness.

(And I have to stop tunnelling, jumping from one idea to the next and read the thread properly.)

I wish we could make the actual forum more user friendly

We were going to have Death as a character and be priest in the supernatural game but thought 2 consecutive games without autopriest may actually make players go crazy 😂

At the moment it's unfortunate, the lack of proper search function is a big issue, but I thought the discord backrooms worked well..

While it was a lot of work, I really thought having everyone with a backroom was a good addition, we were able to answer questions players may have had and have some insight into the thoughts of a supporting player which you usually don't get

I would love to see the anon accounts come out to play again

I think we still have them though I've no idea if they work or not anymore. Might be a job for our newly crowned mod to check out?

I love anon games but I spend time playing Who's Who when I should be villagering or wolfing.

I wonder did the lack of the autopriest help the wolves in the first game, and the presence of one help the village in the second? I know the finishers played a part in the first one too.

I would like less phobic posting.

A lot of the posters are werephobic and it doesn't fit the inclusive, fun feel of forum games.

Not naming anyone in particular, but I'm sure the mods know who I'm talking about.

“Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.”

I think it was the Finishers that helped the werewolves in that game.

    😂😂

I think it's the villagephobes that are the problem and I suggest we argue back and forth for at least 10 pages to trash this out.

If Trigger steps in we'll unite in our assertion that it is a clear case of mod bias.

2 fantastically well thought out games. It's only when you see the backrooms that the level of planning/prep can be appreciated

I thought the games were played in very good spirits, mix of serious & craic/piss taking. Very fun to play

We should definitely re run the WWE game at some stage cause it feels like we only scratched the surface of that game before everything went south 🤣

Could be something to consider, OP the wolves more in auto priest games & not so much in games without auto priest?

Even removing the finisher mechanic would probably be enough for the WWE game to have a very different outcome I'd reckon.

A priest character, especially when there is an apprentice is a very important role, it needs to be played well though, not gaining attention of either villagers or wolves, breadcrumbs are essential I think as wolves mostly don't put too much thought into villagers posts compared to the rest, role can be revealed at an important time when information is gathered and may point towards the rest of the pack.

Edit to basically say.. don't do an @Electric Nitwit 🤣

The stress of knowing when to reveal and worrying about being munched before you do though. 😬

I really enjoyed both games; one thing that I liked from previous games were the in-game tasks e.g. announcement at 12pm about the task and you have until 6pm do complete it. It kept the thread somewhat busy during the day. That said, maybe it works better with vanilla games rather than games where everyone has a role of some sort

I've checked approx half of the accounts we have and they are working. I'll check the rest but it does look like they are available to use

I'm new to the forum, and terrible at the game, but I really enjoy it for what it's worth. Crazy stressful, but great craic.

I have a ton of those accounts in memory

In the last game i was apprentice to a major role.
Was I lucky in that game? Should I have been more timid?
As a minor / less important role, i felt empowered to be bold, but felt that if necessary, i could prove myself to be good and not get lynched.
That gave me the confidence to play as I did.
i feel i probably made a mistake naming the dead character that i was backing up, but somehow got away with that. The be careful naming your characters seemed to not have as much teeth as it sounded like it did in the OP, so i lucked out again there.
