Finished Desnag today. Was speaking to Joe and he mentioned 22 was sold last week and three houses 21,20,19 will start snagging next week. Just to mention about the hob height Joe measured it himself and said there is a good 6cm available so anything under 6cm would work perfectly well.

Hi all, we got our hob installed yesterday, ours was less then 6cm and we had to cut out part of the space for the hob to fit in. Guy said he’s had to do this to a few houses here so just an FYI. We haven’t moved cutlery draw as of yet. Guy installed it said there is still enough space for us to keep cutlery drawer there, however obviously keep an eye on it.

@GG_AZ , we just signed up with Ray Whelan, seems good value and sign up was super easy👍🏼

We are currently with AES (we are renting in Portlaoise) however we will be changing most likely to Ray Whelan after move. Lots of our neighbours is using them and they are happy with service.

Hey, we have completed de-snag visit today in bungalow and they were fixing snags I think in last one today. I saw some builders around so finger crossed you all start getting notifications for snag visit next week.

    Hi All,

Do you have any suggestions for window blinds.

Does anyone get snagging call for 13-21.

I think snags till no. 17 are done. Heard they are fixing house 21 now for the de snag but Joe is not committing to any date for the de snag. Did anyone get called for de snag this week?

For window blinds I used Laois Blinds. Got blackout blinds i thought they were reasonable enough for the blinds and fitting of them.

My job involves driving into Maryborough twice a week, and I have watched it grow over the years. It is now a fine looking place, and even a very nice place to live.

But I have also seen the bigger houses at the front, the ones left last to be started, Have watched these as I drive past everyday, from their foundations to the roofs as they grew. I must say, that they catch my eye every time I pass them.

It may well take a lotto win to buy one, but we all live in hope.
