If you were to have a burger named after you, what would be on it and why?

Basically, a Bunsen cheese-burger but with gouda and romaine lettuce. Nachos on the side, obviously.

Yawn to everyone on here trying to say a veggie burger is not a burger. It's like, some of the oldest, stalest boomer humour. I've been vegetarian for over 20 years. I'm healthier than average for my age. I'm not going switch back to processed meat just because of a few poor landing quips on a bulletin board.

Live and let live. I've said nothing disparaging about the meat eaters here, nor do I feel the need to. You're free to do as you please. I'm not going to preach or try to convince you otherwise. It's just a light hearted thread about imagining a burger named after you. Chill tf out eh?

My comment was made with humour intended but a certain poster wanted to argue, I don't care what people eat. I eat whatever I want whether meat or vegan I have no issues when it comes to food or who eats what.

Don't expect anything from life, just be grateful to be alive.

Time to put childish things aside.

@iamstop You're right of course, its a light hearted thread and a veggie burger at the end of the day is still a burger, I've even ordered them myself before. No disrespect to your goodself, Its just when you see the ingredients listed out like that, It comes across as a we bit . . I don't know . . Kinda wanky.

Do ye have Burger King in Canada?

We do have Burger King in Canada but in my nearly 12 years here I've never set foot in one, nor do I plan to. I generally avoid these kinds of fast food chains. The only one I might hit up in a pinch is A&W

Other than that I prefer to go to burrito or falafel places for a quick bite. I kinda put Subway, Freshii and Quiznos in their own category because it's usually all fresh ingredients. Not cooked.

    Whopper. Simple.

Has anyone figured out what a salad is yet?

Called the "Stay Classy" because it's a classic, my burger is:

    Seeded brioche bun, lightly toasted

    1/4lb Beef patty

    Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

    Sliced tomato

    Grilled onions (or crispy onions)

    Heinz Tomato Ketchup

Eddie Rockets secret sauce (which is Frenchs mustard and mayo blended)

Cheese and/or crispy bacon is optional - I prefer my burger without cheese, but will add it if I'm making it for someone else!

For a chicken burger, substitute the beef patty with a breaded chicken breast fillet, and the Eddie Rocket secret sauce with mayonnaise. 😋

bit of a ladies man myself, at least I was before I met my beautiful wife, so I think it would be two breasts in a bun with a dollop of mayonnaise

Sounds like a question that'd be asked on Blind Date

Mixed Greens, Beets, peppers, tomoato and mushrooms. Maybe some cheddar cheese crumbled over it.
