Certideal and refurbished iPhones

I ordered with them too, the phone (from Italy) was here superquick, but I made the mistake of ordering a case from them too, and (coming from Germany) the phone is here a week, and not even a tracking link for the case, and no response to messages the past few days.

Yes, turned up ten days after the phone.. They never bother to respond to any of my messages. Maybe phone cases are not worth customer service..

Seller, and it was "refurbed.ie" not "Certideal"

I wish I had read this before buying from Gomo Certideal. They sell some iPhones eSIM only but this is not noted on the product page or on the order, and GoMo doesn't support eSIM so the phone cannot be used.

Certideal support takes up to 48 hours to respond, and even then it's apparent they didn't read or understand the issue, wasting more time.

Avoid.

I'll go back to using refurbed or some other seller.

No warning whatsoever but it is just some kind of partnership deal. GoMo has no idea Certideal are selling eSIM only phones, and Certideal has no idea that GoMo doesn't offer eSIMs. Emails take 48 hours, shipping back and forth about a week, oh and now they quote 5-10 business days to inspect the returned phone, so this mess will take about a month to sort.

Hard lesson learned - Do not buy from Certideal
