How the **** its to make tm richer? Yes they get extra fees on transfers, yes they get more €€€ commission selling premium-platinum tickets than non-premium. Still the bigger part of the ticket price goes to the performer.

Now is the time for our Queen Taylor to go fully in and stomp these stupid Kardashian’s into non-existence. She should release a video of ‘thank you aIMee’ and have it be a total pi$$take of those brainless bimbos. And all of them are fair game for taking down, from the momager to the revenge porn forever on-the-dole brother. The world will be a better place with them all gone.

Ticketmaster is selling tickets today for next week's Liverpool concert on the 13th, but it won't let you into the queue unless you have an invite/code.

Yes, that was a stunt by Taylor to boost album sales to keep her at no 1.

If you bought the album you could enter the raffle to buy tickets but unfortunately sneaker kids entered millions of times using bots and got most of the codes.

Crazy. I picked up a t-shirt for the lovely wife for the gig off Etsy for less than €20 delivered.

You just answered your own question. Extra fees and more commission.

My daughters love something from the official merch when we go to concerts so we have ordered from the Taylor website as I was anticipating queues and we will be pushed on time when we get there.

That's not what the op claimed. Promoter now gets more on premium tickets, and resale tickets are not ridoncolously priced. And you can resell tickets once only.

Speaking about commissions, do you remember the seatwave (a ticketmaster sister company)? No limits on markup, massive fees for sellers and buyers, probably big chunk of tickets bought by ticketmaster themselves through bots and the same second placed for resale on seatwave at 5 times the price. Freaking gold age for Ticketmaster that was. Do you still think I AnSwerEd mY oWN QuEstIoN?

No, but whats that suppose to mean? I never said there will be loads available. Are you trying to change the subject when things don't go the way you expected? Theres still 3 weeks to go and pretty sure production will release some closer to date. They always do and also did for eras tour in other cities just days before the gig. I actually saw 2 single tickets for resale yesterday. But they were vip packages, which is weird cos vip resale ended more than a month ago.

I wonder if Taylor will eat haggis while she is in Scotland?? Hopefully she will not put anything into her body that could jeopardise her upcoming gigs due to food poisoning.

There will definitely be a few rain shows over the next few weeks in UK and Ireland. I remember going to her 1st Croke Park show, no rain but it was a cold evening and it was a wknd in between 2 scorchio wknds. She was very unlucky with her timing for Dublin last time.

What are the chances of getting tickets at this stage? I have a code and I've seen more tickets be released for previous shows a week before the gig and the day of the Edinburgh gig I was taken off the waitlist and given a code but when I went in they were all gone. I live right beside the Aviva would be such a shame if I missed out

If you have a code you should get a ticket easily enough.

Just act quickly, if you see the queue back up for Dublin try with your code.

    The holdbacks have been huge.

I've noticed with the U.K dates where there has been a last minute sale of tickets that people without a code can't get in to look at resale tickets. Hoping this won't be the case here as i'm banking on getting resale.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,153 ✭✭✭Mike3549

Big chance. There was one resale ticket priced at €150 yesterday morning. More should come up closer to gigs, but you have to be quick and keep checking

If I understand correctly resale is open 2 weeks before the concert - so fair to expect resale to be open for concert on 28th June from 14th June, and would you think resale will open for all 3 shows that day or just for 28th, with the others opening on each of the days thereafter?

I wonder if Taylor will go to the black forge when she is in Dublin?? Unfortunately Conor will be in Las Vegas so he won’t get to welcome her and seduce her, but he would make a very good boyfriend to her, and would be an upgrade on superstar sportsman fella for her, as Kelce is a total hillbilly. Conor and Taylor together could rule the world.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,065 ✭✭✭Fanirish

they will probably release codes to people on the waitlist in next week or two

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,281 ✭✭✭ConcertKing

This guy clearly knows what he is on about as he is nearly always spot on.

Anyone doubting him especially ones who clearly haven't a clue are brainless!!

I've seen plenty of resale tickets over the past few months and been able to go through to the payment page even so I don't think resale is completely hopeless. It's just difficult to find tickets that are suitable as most resale tickets i've seen were VIP packages or standing and I plan to bring a kid.

If bots do buy resale tickets where do they sell them as you can only resell on ticketmaster and transfer isn't available yet?
