    All those spots are gone now but for anyone trying to do the same trick sign up to "TorWeb" for a free three day trial. It is available on app store. Then turn it on to Turkey and go to Duo Lingo website and get family super for 14€. Then cancel the VPN trial before you are charged.

    Tried the VPN workaround and couldn't manage it. Loaded up Duolingo Turkey but couldn't get past the sign up page. Was using a new email too as I obviously already have my personal email registered to an account.

    No errors on the page, just wouldn't go past sign up.

    I'll be letting my normal sub auto renew tomorrow, but if anyone manages to get a new sub via the VPN method please share on this thread. I'll miss it this year but would be useful for others.

    Even cheaper with exchange rate at present. I've just renewed my family sub and it cost under 15 euro for the year. Might be worth the 2 minutes work with a VPN.

    I'm sure plenty of people selling slots on their family plan have done this and made a nice little profit but that's capitalism I suppose.
