Like those inserts actually wasn't sure when people were describing them.

    Cheers!

No idea tbh. I doubt it though. The last word I got from them was to wait and see what happens.

Re Flogas 24c day & 12c night; Are these VAT inclusive rates? I assume so.

I'd imagine that Continental/BestDrive will have them in stock centrally, and they drop to depots overnight. Have found BestDrive great, not the cheapest but great tyres and great service (in Cork at least)

I don't think the EcoContact 6 are great. Probably lean too much on the lower rolling resistance side at the expense of grip.

I was with them last year and they sent me an email offer that was higher I went back and quoted the above prices they gave them to me for a renewal this week. First time even I've not changed after 12 months

Just thinking. That spoiler is stuck on with glue. You'd need to be careful about removing tar spots as that product would also strip the glue too.

I would say the 'something' is that bit of real estate below the back lights. Seems rather large and out of proportion.

See from TOP BYD website that my rear spoiler has just arrived in An Post Galway Depot so should have tommorow. Went for the gloss black one. Am interested to see how it will look on the car now.

How are owners getting on with radio reception, haven't seen any complaints as of later, I my own case as mentioned don't seem to have any problem, maybe because I am not travelling out of the county that much. also for anyone that didn't get V2L Cable with their car like me this looks like a viable product https://www.topbyd.com/products/byd-discharge-adapter-type2

Radio is awful in areas where you're the wrong side of a hill or mountain. Fine when you're on the right side.

Completely dependent on location for me.

radio reception is hit and miss, and I’m on the dreaded M50 most of the time. Find I’m using it very little though - I’m usually on Spotify.

Radio reception is not good at all. Constantly changing channels due to signal in/ around Dublin. Changing channels is annoying as the steering wheel buttons don't cycle through favourites or even stored channels.

Saw earlier post asking what came with the car. I got V2L cable, granny cable, charger, car cleaning kit, sun visor branded umbrella but nothing about 2 years service or replacement tyres being included.

Was also told no need to run the electric motor in but the manual says do the first 2000km in eco and avoid flooring it.

Mine only cycles through favourites. I think I deleted everything else though in fairness.

Just arrived AWD, very happy with it, software set at July 23 version so there was an update ready to install, the indicators on the right, not an issue for me my first car was a jap import. Included the vehicle to load cable. edited to right side

Welcome to the seal club, well wear. aren't the indicators normally on the left in most cars, were on my Audi.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 86 ✭✭EFX

Thanks, The Merc as them on the left and most cars I have had, had them on the left. Since the RWDs seem to now come with them on the left thought the AWD would be the same but no on the right. edited to right / left side

My awd has the indicators on the right, the audi before were on the left. Got used to that now, only thing I am having difficulty with is wash wipe, keep flashing the lights where I should be wiping the glass, annoying!

My AWD has right side indicators. It was one of the early ones.

Congrats on the car and best of luck keeping it clean!
