Shooting off the bench with a good front rest and rear bag rider at 50m, a proper benchrest setup. I used a couple of wind flags today for the first time. Just a gentle shifting left to right wind, that would stop for a bit, long enough to get a shot away. Rifle was the Anschutz 2013 that I'm buying and Center X ammo. 247 8X. The wind just picked up enough to push those 3 bullets into the 9 ring. My bad call.

The bottom sighter was RWS Target ammo, top sighter was Center X zeroing, and 2nd sighter down was Center X sighting before shooting for score.

Wind is mostly Left to Right oblique (6 to 8 o'clock) in HH. Flags are a must when shooting wee dots.

You using an actual flag or the pivot style ones?

Clive has so many toys in his range boxes, none of us know what half them are for or what he'll pull out next, it's a guessing game for us. 🤣

End of day all that matters is scores though.

Just 2 cheap MTM flags. Nothing fancy but did the job.

They at my next purchase, sat at a benchrest competition at the midlands and the shooter next to me lined up his rifle then didn’t even look through the scope when pulling the trigger and shot 250 and it was windy and swirling in the range. We were on the 50m range behind the clubhouse.
