So Catherine has cancer too. Hope all the people spreading horrible conspiracy theories, including on this thread, feel bad now. Can only imagine how those same people would be going on if it was Meghan and Harry being subjected to it.

I actually feel bad for William. Dad and wife having cancer and being accused of all sorts online, mostly by the people who are supporters of his own brother

I don't think the palace asking people to respect her privacy would have stopped the insane theories going around online though. They had no choice but to reveal her personal medical info just to stop the speculation.

So eloquent Kate, let's hope you make a full recovery and stay healthy.

I kinda did simply because of knowing someone who had MAJOR abdominal surgery (female and similar age) in the last year followed by preventive chemo - so it was on my mind but I ddidnt say as didn’t want to speculate -recovery times obviously differ on an individual basis but she’s going to be off the pitch for a while yet and then just limited commitments for a time after that

I know we’ve got distracted by this news on this thread and rightfully so, so not at all back seat modding or anything like that- it’s a totally natural detour.

In terms of H&M, any thoughts on what might happen? Could there be a “back in the fold” movement in the coming months? Some “testing the waters” in terms of semi official appearances all choreographed by the palace grey suits?

With Charles off the pitch and obviously this news, Royals are going to be thin on the ground now for a while - I’m sure there’s still a lot of distrust between the two couples but considering H&M are floundering overall in terms of their original aspirations at least, maybe it’s time to cut losses and give the RF a second chance? Gap year over back to work Harry?

I only wish Kate the best for a complete recovery from this.

Now, with regard to my previous post about her health I actually got it right (from seeing her photo when she was driving with her mother). Of course, some people here were gravely offended by that as well.

In true HarMeg fashion full on denial of reality is in effect. We all read her bile posts. Its the likes of her conspiracies that forced Kate to go public (while whining about HarMeg being hounded while being twice as vicious herself)

They've been wheeling out Andrew over Harry recently. Harry hasn't a hope, stuff would be delegated to Mike Tindall before Harry would get a sniff.
