It is a total disgrace what the US are doing .... bombing Yemen, Iraq (again!!) and Syria .... just because 3 soldiers who should not be there in the first place got killed .... what about the 10s of 1000s of innocent Palestinians who die not to mention the civilians killed when bombing these 'Iranian' positions ??? .... do the US ever stop and think that THEY are the problem ... that it could just be that Iraqis have had ENOUGH of a violent invading army from 1000s of miles away killing their loved ones obo a corrupt Israeli madman ...

And as bad as things are with Biden ... an even worse warmonger potential awaits if Teddy Stuffingbrain gains power again ... expect a mad war on Iran for sure ... it is time for someone to give the 'USA' or is that just 'Gilead' now a bloody nose so they never contemplate going to war casually ever again ...

  • Registered Users Posts: 853 ✭✭✭lumphammer2

It seems both Biden and Foambrain are both playing to the warmongering Tea Party braindead dimwits .... what candidate can intelligent peaceloving Americans vote for now ?? ... it is a contest between a warmongering braindead Teddybear representing Tea Party warmongering at its worst and a weak appeaser of Tea Party warmongers who thinks he can win their approval .... just rename it the Republic of Gilead and stop the pretence of modern American being anything other than a violent corrupt authoritarian dystopia ... they should at least be honest about what they are ....

And every time Iran hangs someone big big outcry ... yet we are to accept a fascist far right governor ruling Alabama like it is The Handmaid's Tale and gassing prisoners like the Nazis once did after said prisoner served 35 years in prison which is more than enough of a sentence for any crime if you ask me .... America makes me sick ... it is a sicko country that makes modern Paydari Iran look like a better place !! ...

Those 3 American soldiers were invited into Jordan, the US helps train Jordan. Why should they not be there? Isn't that Jordan's decision?

Are US bases in the UK, Germany etc.. a valid target also?

Maybe if the Houthi start downing airliners people may get what everyone is saying.... they are just terrorists. Missiles fired into a busy shipping lane seems fun in your eyes, in your eyes airliners would be too. Do you think MH17 was a valid target for Russia because Russia thought the apparent genocide in the Donbas needed attention? Maybe Iran can fund and equip ETA in Spain and they can start sinking random ships in the straights of Gibraltar? Ya know, to stop the genocide in Ukraine?

It's amazing how people can excuse terrorism etc... because the terrorists blame the big bad USA.

Hardly a disgrace when Iran and others in the Middle East are arming and supporting terrorism in failed states. The problem in the middle east is not isolated to the US, despite obvious US failures.

The reality here is that Houtinis are targeting commercial shipping with the support of Iran. The Palestinian crisis is isolated to Gaza where Israel acts as a thug but also Hamas wants the worst outcome for Gazans, as it suits them. I think everyone opposes the expansion of settlements and additional Israeli settlements have absolutely no support and should be condemned.

While US foreign policy is part of the problem, it's not the beginning or the end. biden has shown an extremely weak hand to date including the strikes today.

Iran has been sponsoring terrorism for decades and they need to be dealt with.

It is also worth pointing out that Iran is indirectly responsible for the attacks on US troops. It turns out that there is consequences and as long as Iran wants to support terrorism then there will be consequences.

US troops belong in the US .... they have no business whatsoever being near Iran or Iraq .... and they have the audacity to blame Putin for invading Ukraine .... double standards .... and the US had a deal with Iran they should have kept only for Teddy Foambrain obeying his puppetmaster in Tel Aviv ....

I am no lover of Paydari Iran ... but they exist because of Foambrain's stupid dimwit actions obo Netanyahu ... but I felt Biden would be better than what he turned out to be ... but it is truly sad that Biden and Foambrain are the only candidates running and one is for this carry on and Foambrain is for even worse warfare ...

Every misery in the Middle East is the result of Netanyahu and his settlers plus his puppets like Foambrain opting out of positive deals like JCPOA ... when America learns this then the world will be a better place .... America needs a president who will take no BS from Netanyahu simple as ....

  • Registered Users Posts: 853 ✭✭✭lumphammer2

Jordan are tricked into believing these parasites will protect them .... they bring death and destruction everywhere they go ... and these soldiers belong in the USA simple as .... Jordanian troops belong in Jordan .... US troops did not get invited into Iraq did they or into Iran next year should Foambrain win in November ... and as long as the US sides with a warmonger like Netanyahu they are targets .... do not support terrorism but can understand what fuels it and gives it an excuse ... plus terrorism is ok when it is done by Americans according to Americans .... if Foambrain and 6th January 2021 was Iranian they'd be in jail long ago ... instead Foambrain US terrorist is running for office !! How is that right ?? ...

Jordan (a country with plenty of international contacts at the highest levels) has been tricked whereas you - a randomer on internet - can see it all clearly.

A pity they didn’t take you as an adviser.

An interesting point here is that Jordan's airforce took part in the US strikes. This is going to play out strangely there, as the majority of the population is people whose families were forced out of Palestine. Can we expect to see Jordan destabilised as a result?

Iraq to consider stopping exports of oil to Jordan. No big drama, no doubt the US will supply them from it's Syrian oil fields.

I didn't realise Iraq used English as their administrative language!

Thanks for such a perspicacious post. Here's my take on things:

The US has been sponsoring Israeli violence for decades and they need to be dealt with.

It is also worth pointing out that the US is indirectly responsible for the attacks on Gaza. It turns out that there is (sic) consequences and as long as the US wants to support Israel and its violence then there will be consequences.

Lots of clever aps on the internet these days. Some can even translate a document into English nowadays

Here is the Iraqi one, go ahead and debunk it if you want

It already happened hence why Jordan won't allow another Palestinian into the country

Yes I can ... loud and clear ... America is no friend of democracy and decency ... it is a force of destruction ... anyone can see that ... anyone who has lived the last 5 decades can see that ... one word sums them up .... WAR ... especially the last 30-40 years ... a country that elected a braindead giant teddy bear in 2017 as 'president' has no right to dictate to the rest of the world how we should carry on ... plus they are the only country to drop nuclear bombs ... there is not much to love about the US 'government' ... have nothing against the US and its people ... but its regime sucks to high heavens and is getting only worse not better ... and if Foambrain Teddybear gets back in in November it is a total joke ... anyone who still thinks America is the world's 'good cop' may as well remember Adolf Hitler as the same !! ..

2003 ... US troops invaded Iraq based on a lie spread by hardliners ... known in future as Tea Party ... in the Republicans as well as opportunistic Iraq opposition characters that GW Bush believed ...

    2004 ... AQII formed .... later called ISIS ...

2013 or so .... new Iraq govt invite US troops back in ...

2017 ... the worst idiot ever takes office as US president .... Teddy Foambrain reverses anything positive done by previous US admins plus ads more misery via his unintelligent braindead Gilead-style 'govt' ....

2024 ... unwanted US troops are still in Iraq causing trouble and not providing any benefit to the region ...

Time for these effers to go home ... if their govt don't send them home I would strongly advise them to go home and overthrow their stupid govt ... and send out Foambrain, Biden, etc ... to see how they could survive in the Middle East they helped destroy for a change .... it is time the evil visits the evil doer ...

Unfortunately yes .... the US is a warmongering state ... obsessed with 'enemies' it should not even have ... the Democrats are the better of the 2 parties .. lukewarm warmongers ... the Republicans are the worst ... total fanatic hardliner warmongers ... the minute the next Republican regime comes into being expect all out war with Iran ... especially if it is lead by a braindead foambrained oversized orange teddybear ...

That was the plan for 2020 ... let's imagine 2020 if there was no Covid ... [personally I prefer the version with Covid in it]

We know in January the assassination of the Iranian general ... and all the sanctions and threats before that ... February and March with no Covid would surely have seen more attempts by the Giant Foambrain to goad Iran ... then lead by moderates ... into an 'act of aggression' the 'Gilead' regime in America could use .... by April an ultimatum would be issued and a war would commence ...

Ali Khamenei would flee and the regime would fall by June .... from then to this day there would be a puppet govt in Tehran and a violent insurgency everywhere made up of ex Rev Guards, ISIS in Arab/Sunni regions, and ethnic minorities .... Foambrain would lose the election because he would have sqaundered the economy on this in the same way he actually squandered it on bad Covid policy ...

Unfortunately this alt version has not been avoided .... just delayed ... unless another Covid happens ...

Democrats are the better of the 2 parties .. lukewarm warmongers ...

That's one way to put it but there's nothing lukewarm about the Democrates

Regarding the air strikes in Iraq. US stated they told Iraq that air strikes on their territory would happen, Iraq denied this took place. Then today US admitted they didn’t tell them beforehand. Strange to claim they did and now do a U turn.

Looks like the US took out a senior member of Kataib Hezbollah in Iraq using an RX9 ninja missile,

The Iranian militias have called on all groups to unite and storm the Green zone in Baghdad and take the US embassy,

21 years since the invasion and still bombing Baghdad. What a mess they made of it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 40,291 ✭✭✭✭Gatling

Not bombing Baghdad a surgical strike with absolute precision targeting two individuals responsible for the deaths of three US soldiers

  • Registered Users Posts: 853 ✭✭✭lumphammer2

The Democrats are just about better than the Republicans .... but that does not say much ... truth is the American state is an addict ... addicted to war and slaves of the arms industry ... the Democrats are better than the neo-con/Tea Party/MAGA Republicans .... at least they do not have oversized braindead teddybears with nothing to offer only smutty and insulting smart alec comments running for president ... still they are not all that different when it comes to this warmongering policy and unquestioning backing of Israel no matter what .... and as long as there are enough imbeciles and yokels with little in the way of ability, intelligence or education in America to cheer on these wars while believing 'god is on their side' then the US addiction to evil will continue ....

Interesting build up of US troops and assets currently in Akrotiri. I wonder what the angle is.
