    There is now a directive in place that means the road sweepers that normally zoom through the streets of Dublin 15 collecting the Autumn leaves from the streets will now cease and work on a parse schedule. Now residents in Dublin 15 are being told to collect the leaves outside their own properties and either place them in the brown bin (which we are now charged for) or contact Fingal Co Co and they will send out free bin bags which will be collected. These are not leaves falling from the trees within people's properties, these are trees that are planted by Fingal on the streets. Time to rattle the councillor's cages
