    Dreadful start.

Ulster have identified we shoot up so fast that we leave space in behind and out wide. I think every team has tbf, but they're the first ones to really exploit it.

    Oh sh1t.

Ulster have set their game alight already with their two tries in a space of a few minutes.

If Ulster keep scoring here; Leinster are going to be in huge trouble if they compose themselves later on in the match.

Connors illegal and lineout not straight.. 😂

Ryan Baird has become a top class defensive lineout jumper.

    Absolutely brilliant take by Frawley

Should wipe the smile off Sheahan's face

    That's much better from Leinster.....Oh crap it's a obstruction.

    What a pity.

Let's see if Frank referees that a single other time in the game.

At least he's actually awarding Leinster penalties today.

With POM out injured and unlikely to get much game time before the 6N, Baird has a great chance to seize the no.6 jersey for Ireland.

Murphys tone to Doris when he asked if he could check if the ball was grounded was a bit disrespectful. He’s consistently like that to players. No need for it.

Frank Murphy says Ulster player is on his feet when he was lying on his belly.. ?!

    Wow.

I've never seen a kick hit the post in open play and ricochet back. Great improvisation from JGP.

Nienaaber mustn't like the backs too much. Lots of huffing and puffing without really doing anywhere up front

That hit off the left post was a great lifeline for that Leinster try by Russell.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,400 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

In that attack JGP ran under a tacklers legs and smacked the crossbar with a kick which led to a Leinster try.

Prendergast has started the game very well. Put in some lovely kicks that are landing just outside Ulster's 22.

Been superb. He’s in great form and looks better every single game.

Ulster aren't getting anywhere in their carrying but their kicking from hand has killed Leinster.

Think NZ might have beaten SA if they had Billy Burns at 10! Super kick again!

Nienaber has to take the blame for the defense off kicks tonight. It's been dire, and worse, predictable.

    Defensive systems my hoop.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,400 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

We've looked good stringing together long periods of possession. If we can sort out our inaccuracies in defence I think we'll win.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,566 ✭✭✭clsmooth

Leaves the back 3 vulnerable to any type of kick.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,707 ✭✭✭munsterlegend

Leinster forwards give away a lot of cheap penalties. Ulster did virtually nothing that half and scored 3 tries.

I thought th3 disrespect was the other way round from what I heard.

Maybe I misheard but it sounded like Doris just said "Check It"...which wasn't the politest tone.

    Which isn't good enough.

Some silly penalties given away by Leinster towards the end of that half.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,400 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Prendergast has a proper cannon of a boot.

If the Byrne's aren't deeply concerned about Prendergast and what he means for the trajectory of their careers, they ought to be.
