How much is VRT? At £50k it would cost about €78.5k plus VRT.

Prices start at €75k here. I’d imagine when they start being sold by private sellers they will be under €70k.

Most UK ones will have less miles and possibly more spec than that one in Cork. Options list on these is serious and some examples have had lots of boxes ticked compared to other more spartan examples. Morgan Cars in N.I often have a few nice ones with decent spec but they’re never cheap. Audi e-Tron GT is the same car under the skin and are a bit more plentiful here.

Haven't looked into it properly but increasingly thinking I'll get one or an Etron GT.

I've decent funds from a private sale of our 530e last week to put towards it and we are just sharing a car for the minute. Was looking at BYD Seal, BMW i4 to go alongside our Cupra Born as a 2 EV household and instead of buying new I'd consider staying in 2021/22 and getting one of these instead when they come into price range.

Still a bit out of price range but if I can hold off on buying something in the meantime it's very possible. It won't be long happening. Thing is, I think I'd keep one of these much longer term than anything else. Like what else would I move into after it.....so it's a sensible purchase isn't it!

They're the only 2 WOW factor EVs out there. loads of ICE cars I'd love to own but these are the only 2 EVs

However, I think the Audi Gt will win out as the Porsche badge is a little flashy for me.

I’d say if you were to buy one now you’d probably loose €10k in depreciation over the next 6 months but if your buying a relatively new and expensive Porsche I’d imagine that’s fairly standard.

You’ll do well to find a Taycan for sale that was originally registered in N.I. Until recently public charging up there was a no go zone and a lot of high end cars in the North would have been imported originally.

For a busted flush, they seem to be doing pretty well but maybe you’ve had a bad experience with a few of them ??

Would take a model S over a Taycan any day. Don't think Porsche quite got it right with this model.

You’d take a Tesla over a Porsche?! Have you sat in both? Tesla are cheap plastic nasty yokes.
