Enyaq and ID.4 are fundamentally the same car so are the same from a reliability standpoint. I'd say it's down to personal preference

They only require servicing every two years which is nice

The only mechanical issue I've had with my ID.4 so far is the charge port getting a bit sticky. Apparently my wife hit it at some point so I'm blaming her for it 😂

If the ID.4 has been updated to the latest software then that'll get rid of most of the software issues

Ioniq 5 is better for long distances as it charges faster, and might have the V2L add-on

As others have said Enyaq/ID.4 are close relatives. Enyaq has a better interior, a bigger boot and slightly better aerodynamics which means it’s fractionally more efficient than it’s VW cousin. Probably better value to be had on a used ID.4 though as they are way more plentiful on the used market. €30K should get you a decent one.

Ioniq 5 has faster DC charging ability and a decent level of standard kit like most Korean cars but it’s looks are very divisive. Difficult to know what way an Ioniq 5 will go in terms of resale but most recent Hyundai cars have held up well. Test drive all 3, that will make your decision easy.

It’s small, the poster was looking for bigger car like the iD4, ioniq 5 or Enyaq.

Note many dealers or private sellers may list wrong battery size. Done deal automatically lists battery size and you can't change it and it's often wrong. Even the dealers don't know what battery size they have. Buyer beware. You can often get a bigger battery model listed as wrong size and vice versa. Ideally plug into car and query battery using an odb dongle. I did that and got a bigger battery for cheap.

You'd get the top spec brand new Dacia Duster with some change for that money. They're doing a full hybrid / automatic model I believe which can be ordered. The top spec would have heated seats, Android Auto/Apple Car Play, Air Con, Climate Control, Cruise Control, Parking Camera/Sensors etc.

I recently got the Jogger and find it excellent.

Of the original 3 options, my preference would be Ioniq 5 - biggest and brightest interior.

As a possible alternative - BYD Atto 3 - might get an ex-demo shortly at that price, and quirkiest interior, probably best equipped at that price.

The ioniq 5 is a bit like marmite. Many like it while many hate the mandalorin look about it.

VWs are well spec’d it’s the Koreans that are missing basic features like wireless Android and CarPlay.

for me wireless Android and car play is a must. Jump in the car and your Spotify, Apple Music , WhatsApp, google maps, etc are all working.

In a thread where 35k is tight to get a larger EV. Certainly a lot of bang for buck in Dacia. Not that's what the OP is looking for though.
