What do you do when Boards.ie goes down?

Last night Boards.ie went down for a few hours.

I don't really replace it with other websites. I'm a member of other message Boards but don't really bother with them.

I might check Twitter, etc to see if anybody is Tweeting about the site or to see when it's back.

What do you do when Boards.ie goes down?

I realised how much I don’t engage in social media platforms outside this place.

I’ve never taken to twitter , instagram, facebook or any of the other thing’s available.

If boards is ever gone I’m probably done in these sort of arenas.

I didn't notice it as i don't spend much time here but i drop in every now and then. Mostly just listening to music or watching/listening to something on Youtube.

I head over to boards twitter to hear what happened, why it happened, how long they expect to be down, and an apology for the downtime.

When the site came back up I headed into Feedback & Site Announcements to read any additional info and explanation provided to the site members from management or administration.

I answer a lot of posters questions in my niche areas where I’m confident to give a helpful answer on Reddit, but haven’t asked any questions myself.

Cracked opened a Teelings single malt and went to YouTube, I did find it funny for a few minutes after being called a Kremlinbot and then it went down,

Not really on twitter or other sites haven't gotten around to Reddit not abig fan of the set up ,

Not sure what I'd do without boards might have to actually talk to real people
