Hkc alarm battery replacement

Not sure if I leave this here, apologies if not. I’m finally gettin round to doing some alarming, have a HKC Securewatch 20 years but never really used it, get faults on the panel, battery/memory etc. Opened up the box in our kitchen and it looks like one of the battery connectors is fried..? Might explain the battery fault. The black lead is connected, the red simply has nowhere to go anymore. Thanks for any input

Are either/both of these batteries ok?
