Got confirmation that my trade-in was accepted this morning, popped the phone in the post last Friday.

Just looking at the cost to buy from Samsung. Can you combine items to get a better trade in? Ie. Phone and headphones?

In the same boat as yourself. Ringing around a few shops and none seem to have stock. I can't upgrade online for some reason unknown to me and have spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone to customer service the last 2 weeks, going around in circles. I keep getting the error that my number is already in the Vodafone system and need to check My Vodafone to see if I'm eligible for an upgrade. When I do that it tells me I'm not due and upgrade till February 2021. The last straw for me the other day was being told I need to use incognito mode to check out. Pretty much run out of patience now with them. Think I'll just buy it outright from Samsung. It's just the Vodafone deal with the free buds is such a good deal.

Get it outright and get a gomo, everything 15e a month 5G aswell. that’s the sweet spot

Or call vodafone and do the upgrade over the phone , worked for me last time

Do they release these updates based on region or batch? 2 mates got their phones 2 weeks after me (one Samsung direct, one Adverts) , I got the update for March early last week & the Play Store update a few days ago but both of them got each update only yesterday despite checking each day? Downloaded DevInfo, all the same bar production dates.

You'll not regret it - believe me. Very little difference in apps quality these days. You can select what to transfer across yes (using smart switch when setting up the phone - connect both phones with USBC - Lightning cable.

I only got email about trade off completed today - and I sent my old broken phone to Samsung the same day I got the return package, so it took few weeks. I wouldn't worry, I guess they have a lot of stuff to go through.

None of the codes work. Tried all sites. Hopefully they will come with a new offer. Have already got one s23U with codes.

They have upped the trade in values for S22 ultra. Im at €540 with my 256 Gb S22 Ultra for the 256gb S23 Ultra.

I do know. Im just looking. Not tempted ATM.

It took me a while to find one but I did last week in the Carlow store. Might be worth a call if your looking. The trade in deal is pretty decent there.

BTW, If you get a nice person on the phone in one of those stores, ask them to check where does have them in stock. They have visibility to other stores stock..

Hi guys, I traded in a iPhone with Samsung against an Ultra. The ultra arrived today. There was no instructions on how I send them the iPhone. Will they send me out a package to return the iPhone to them or how will it work? Thanks, Ronan.
