Gyms age threshold

My daughter, who is 15 and 2 months, wants to go to the local Flyefit gym on a one-day pass. I know you have to be over 16 to attend a gym. Are they generally strict on this, and will check ID? I'm not encouraging her but would like to know if this is a strictly kept rule.

If she looks 15 or younger I suppose it's possible someone might approach her to check (even then, not sure they would be that pro active).

When I used a day pass at flye fit it was a sort of automated entry system, never spoke to a staff member.

Personal view here, but it's probably best if she's accompanied, even if just by a few pals.
