Outsourcing at least in Ireland has tended to massively increase the costs to the public of that service. Lots of sticky fingers in the pie.

What you mean is, the Government has been too weak in taking on the Unions.

I had the insurance companies in my head when I wrote.

That isn't how a universal insurance health system works. Hospitals must compete with each other for business i.e. you.

Treatments and consultations are billed to a standard fee. No crazy random fees they can throw at you like consultant in Ireland. No 70 Euro GPs fees.

There is NO WAY IN HELL a private operator would waste billions on a childrens Hospital.like they are doing in James. They would build something faster and cheaper and get it done without sucming taxpayers funds.

HSE and GPs are the ones sucking the money. And their service is dogshit.

Health problems exist in most countries. Talking to Scottish friends today. They have the same problems

Too many community workers not doing what they're paid for, but as a local (this local myself) takes positive action then I'm at fault. Positive action doesn't mean violence or even threats of violence it's just standing your ground. Local community rep 'ah yev'e gotta catch 'em at it' well I did now what are you going to do? Emergency services are stretched theres a waiting list as long as a roll of toilet roll for treatment GP consultations and mental health assessment or even someone to listen.

On average 3 emergency crews fire and rescue/paramedics are bricked daily on the Lower Falls/Springfield road area of West Belfast. Bricked on their way to an emergency, Downpatrick is practically a mini war zone in 2 tiny estates, an 18 year old girl had a brick thrown through the windscreen of the car she was driving passing Ballymote sports and wellbeing centre, 5 or 6 school buses were also destroyed in deliberate arson attacks in Downpatrick.

It's only a matter of time before the next long over due purge takes place and I shall lissen do da lamedations aff the vimmin, more like laugh my balls off 'mammy deey shaaaat me' Reading Belfast live every morning gets more and more depressing, a good auld purge might lift my spirits.

There’s huge anger under the surface out there. I work in a role (travelling stockist and salesman for multiples and one off grocery stores) where I talk to a cross section of society each and every day and there’s ferocious anger at the moment

ppl are angry over the like of the cost of living, cost of petrol and diesel and general utility bills coming in avalanches through ppls doors.

the perception of very poor health services and public services

and then the ongoing migration issue is driving ppl very angry.

All good reasons not to let more angry people join us in a United Ireland referendum if one was held, why would we want to absorb these nutters into our country, things are difficult enough as they are.

Thats why a purge on the scourge of nationalist areas is required, thats our own destroying it from within. It's difficult for a lot of folk in towns such as Limerick Dublin Belfast but the bad elements don't and never will out number the good.
