Let me make this clear to you, he did NOT want it, but felt forced to take it if he wanted a social life, do you now understand it, I made it clear in my first post on it!

As for a booster, I can't repeat here what he said to that, but be assured that it was not positive!

One of a very few that have surfaced, so the point about lack of reporting stands.

Because every other instance is a unverifiable cover up right? "They" won't let the truth out.

    Your point is bullshit

Vaccines produce immunity to a specific disease. Medicines which are unable to produce immunity are not vaccines. This is a fact.

Let me make this clear to you. It is a fact that there was and still is a choice.

Yes the choice was to have a social life or not, so therefore he was forced to take the vaccine!

He was forced (compulsory, obligatory, mandatory, involuntary, exacted, coerced, imposed, demanded, compelled, required, requisite, stipulated, dictated, ordained, prescribed, necessitated, unavoidable

& inescapable) to get vaccinates as he needed it to go into pubs & clubs, so stop arguing the point, you are starting to look silly at this point.

I assume that you supported the discrimination against the unvaccinated as well.

Is this a joke? Serious Qs. Any suspected adverse reaction reported is investigated, especially if it describes something possibly new or not already labelled. The regulators in Ireland and many other countries published detailed info on all reports received and safety information updates were produced on a very regular basis for the first year or more from the vaccine roll out.

There were press conferences on RTÉ news FFS after a handful of cases of the rare clotting syndrome with AZ vaccine were reported across Europe and actually before any were reported in Ireland.

When cases of myocarditis with mRNA vaccines were reported in US and Israel warnings were added to the vaccine information in Europe and were all over the HSE website and that was even before young men and teenagers became eligible for the mRNA vaccines.

You don’t have to be a fan of the vaccines and that’s fine but this talk of no investigations and cover ups of adverse events is pure fantasy land stuff.

He wasn't forced he could have stayed home like you said your daughter did.

I also remember a scare and worry that vaccine passports where here to stay forever... What happened there?

"All about control, Chinese credit system, cultural Marxism, martial law, 5G face recognition, permenant lockdowns, you'll own nothing, 4 billion dead, Soros, Gates, NWO" etc.

What happened is that these people are now secretly fucuking mortified by their behaviour over the last few years and have quietly just slipped back into society. 14 billion jabs later.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,484 ✭✭✭Fighting Tao

You are making crap up. No one was forced. History shows that. So stop with the BS. You can’t rewrite what happened. He choose to be vaccinated.

It was a Hobson's choice, which meant that he didn't have a choice if he wanted to continue with his social life, you simply don't want to accept that fact!

Constantly pushing your covidian point is never going to change that fact!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,453 ✭✭✭EyesClosed

It was a temporary measure which you said yourself your daughter didn't do.

    So it was a choice.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,484 ✭✭✭Fighting Tao

You cannot rewrite a fact of history here. Especially something as recent as this. You appear to be projecting your anger at your son choosing to get vaccinated to try and rewrite factual events. You could just lose the plot with your son instead of pushing a lie here.

Here is yet another peer reviewed document raising concerns about the safety of the vaccines. (this document is from an official US government website)

Many drugs have been withdrawn for far lower adverse event data, why are the covid vaccinations still being advised by governments?

    quote/

Results: Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines were associated with an excess risk of serious adverse events of special interest of 10.1 and 15.1 per 10,000 vaccinated over placebo baselines of 17.6 and 42.2 (95 % CI -0.4 to 20.6 and -3.6 to 33.8), respectively. Combined, the mRNA vaccines were associated with an excess risk of serious adverse events of special interest of 12.5 per 10,000 vaccinated (95 % CI 2.1 to 22.9); risk ratio 1.43 (95 % CI 1.07 to 1.92). The Pfizer trial exhibited a 36 % higher risk of serious adverse events in the vaccine group; risk difference 18.0 per 10,000 vaccinated (95 % CI 1.2 to 34.9); risk ratio 1.36 (95 % CI 1.02 to 1.83). The Moderna trial exhibited a 6 % higher risk of serious adverse events in the vaccine group: risk difference 7.1 per 10,000 (95 % CI -23.2 to 37.4); risk ratio 1.06 (95 % CI 0.84 to 1.33). Combined, there was a 16 % higher risk of serious adverse events in mRNA vaccine recipients: risk difference 13.2 (95 % CI -3.2 to 29.6); risk ratio 1.16 (95 % CI 0.97 to 1.39).

And the covidians wonder why so many of us are wary of the vaccine programme and refused to get jabbed, the evidence is piling up.

covidians is a new one on me. Is it the opposite of covidiot?

"Covidian" A person who supported the vaccine rollout regardless of whether the vaccines had been sufficiently tested and those test results verified to ensure their safety, It can also refer to someone who blindly and without question followed the most ridiculous rules that were supposed to prevent the spread of a virus that even the Chinese have now admitted can't be stopped.

These days the covitiots are the same as the covidians.

Serious questions about that study. Which isn't a new study, it is a re-examination of the original data with some very questionable data selection and comparison.

The odd choices of what was and wasn’t included as SAEs. For example, Doshi included diarrhea, but not vomiting (or, as the surgeon in me can’t help but note, intestinal perforation or volvulus, the latter a known complication of a certain vaccine); hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) but not hypoglycemia (low blood sugar); gastrointestinal hemorrhage but not duodenal ulcer hemorrhage (which is a form of gastrointestinal hemorrhage); and coronary artery disease but not atherosclerosis (which causes coronary artery disease). It’s all very curious. Perhaps the most important issue is that “events related to COVID-19” were excluded, which on the surface makes sense, but, given that COVID-19 cases were much more common in the placebo controlled group, automatically biases the results for the remaining SAEs to the vaccine-group.

To put it briefly, they compared number of SAEs, not the number of patients who suffered an SAE. This sort of analysis is guaranteed to double count SAES—at least!—because some of the SAEs or groups of SAES will be linked. For example, as Dr. Oliver originally pointed out, abdominal pain often goes along with diarrhea, to which I would add that colitis or enterocolitis can lead to gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Moreover, formal reporting systems for clinical trial AEs require that all AEs be entered, even when they are related, which is why analyses are usually done at the patient-level, as in “number of patients who suffered this AE”, rather than in total AEs reported in each group independent of the number of patients. I’d be willing to bet that if the same statistical analysis were done using per-patient-level data rather than SAE-level data the statistical significance would likely disappear.

You can only hospitalize patients, not SAEs (or AEs). An individual patient in the vaccine group could suffer more than one AE, but a patient in the placebo control group could only be hospitalized once (in the context of the limited timeframe of the clinical trial) for COVID-19.

And more on the antivax agenda of Peter Doshi:

The paper does admit to several shortcomings that appear to underestimate the adverse events, so it could be far worse than the report findings show.

    quote/

Our study has several important limitations. First, Pfizer’s trial did not report SAEs occurring past 1 month after dose 2. This reporting threshold may have led to an undercounting of serious AESIs in the Pfizer trial. Second, for both studies, the limited follow up time prevented an analysis of harm-benefit over a longer period. Third, all SAEs in our analysis met the regulatory definition of a serious adverse event, but many adverse event types which a patient may themselves judge as serious may not meet this regulatory threshold. Fourth, decisions about which SAEs to include or exclude as AESIs requires subjective, clinical judgements in the absence of detailed clinical information about the actual SAEs.

    /quote.

They also request access to more data to enable them to provide a better and more accurate analysis, data that the Pharmaceutical companies have but are withholding.

Are we seriously still scouring the internet for contentious cherry picked studies after 14 billion jabs, mere hours from 2023?!

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,484 ✭✭✭Fighting Tao

Good to know given that the use of “covidiot” can result in warnings/bans as per previous mod instructions. “Covidians” should be added to the list too then.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,484 ✭✭✭Fighting Tao

It’s bizarre as anti-vaxxers can’t even identify a number of people that died from the vaccine, whereas there have been millions upon millions dead due to Covid.

Now you understand the definition, I thought that you would wear it as a badge of honour.

No. I know your definition that you use as a childish insult.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,484 ✭✭✭Fighting Tao

You got to do better than “could”. All you need to do is identify the number killed by covid +1 to be able to declare how dangerous the vaccines are in comparison to getting Covid.

Witold Rogiewicz had heart problems for years. Willie Garson died of cancer.

Not bothering with the rest of that binfire of an article.

Im not doubting there were adverse effects btw. When the over 80s vaccinations started here, 3 people dropped unconscious on the floor in James hospital. Had to be revived.

But give out 14 billion peanuts or clams to most of the worlds population and see what happens.

The point is, its 2023. The pandemic is over. Apart from in a few crazy places like China. There aren't billions dead. People are back to work. The pubs are open. Social distancing is long gone. Let it go.

They can’t let it go. The anti-vaccine movement was almost dead when the autism link was shown to be nonsense, now it’s being revived with brand new boogey men. It’s got a long way to go.
