Cancelling a direct debit in 365 Online?

How do I cancel a direct debit in 365 online when I can't scroll back beyond a certain date. The direct debit I want to cancel is earlier than this date.

Currently I can't go back beyond the 28 November and the last direct debit taken for this particular company was around the 13th.

Ok, I have found out how to filter transactions and I have found the DD i want to cancel. Its for Bank of Ireland Life. But when I go to cancel there is no option to do so. Here is a screenshot of what I am getting.

EDIT: Done now. Option was available in October for whatever reason. Thanks.

Thanks. All done now. The cancel option was available for the October DD. I used the filter transactions function and selected October. For whatever reason I couldn't do it for November.
