Problem with 365

Hi there,

I have a problem with working by 365. I am completely sure that I use the correct pin for 365 online banking, but after 3 times it blocks my account.

I fixed that 2 weeks ago and assigned a new pin number but again it happens. As I said I am completely sure that I put the correct pin number.

I have had the exact same issue about 2 or 3 weeks ago. After the second correct but denied attempt I quit and closed the app and then reopened it, then tried a third time and it worked. I figure it's some authentication problem on their app.
