Blk Box does one.
Honestly they’re so expensive for what they are, I was going to get one but I feel like I can get most of the benefits just by hanging a light kettlebell off my foot off the end of a bench.
Or what I’m doing at the moment is a few sets of 20 tibialis raises against a wall, bodyweight only, in my warm ups.

I use KBs as well though certain types dont have a wide enough handle, but its the cleanest solution.
