What happened to the page numbers/ next page buttons? I got here from "Followed Forums" and selected "After Hours".

Also, the notifications seem to be off kilter - for one thing, the ones shown in groups (which is great!) as new still include some, already read, from days ago. For another thing, they don't seem to update - I've taken this screenshot just now, it shows that the latest post was a few mins ago, but the previous was from this morning, whereas if I click on All notifications I can also see stuff that was posted this afternoon/ earlier this evening.

I was TRYING to read a post on my iPhone, but every time after about 3 seconds the page disappears, or moves. Making the site unnavigable

Can anyone tell me is it possible to bold and highlight parts of a post on the desktop version of boards?

By highlight, I mean different colour and italics or whatever.

I see there's a bold option on the mobile version of boards, is it also on the desktop version and I'm just missing it?!

    Yes there is

Just select the text like this and you'll see the option pop up

What fixes would these be? I don't think they've implemented anything yet.

I’m sure it was said by Niamh that fixes were done.

@McBain11 Can anyone tell me is it possible to bold and highlight parts of a post on the desktop version of boards?

If you mean by highlighting a part of someone else's post, you need to copy and paste the text. You can't do it on quoted text.

In my followed forums, there might be two or three new unread posts in different threads. I'll click into one thread to read the posts, then click the forum name in the breadcrumbs to go back out to read the other new threads/posts, but those posts are no longer flagged as new, and it appears I'm up to date reading the forums threads (when I'm not).

Android, chrome browser, everything updated fully. Been happening for at least a week or two at this stage, regularly enough.

Anyone else getting infinite loop/redirect error on forums that results in browser error?

Getting it on the “Russia” forum for now, on iPhone Safari.

Yip, getting the same. Site is getting worse.

I’ve been away for a while, I assumed the ‘jumping’ would be resolved at this stage, but it doesn’t seem to be?

What is the status of this bug?

@Boards.ie: Niamh , I can't figure out if it's been flagged before, but the links at the bottom of the page (e.g. Advertise, Contact Us) don't work.

Is it me or does the site seem slightly faster lately?

Thats because there are so few people using it :-(

Wake me up when it's all over.

the jumping issue is beyond a joke at this point. I’ve just been reading a thread in Motors and on a single (long) post the page jumped on me 4 times. If such a simple issue can’t be fixed they may as well shut this place down.

It's interesting that by far the biggest complaint currently is something that it didn't do until quite a long while after the "upgrade".

So they're not making the site better, they're making it worse.

Strange one just now on both desktop (Windows 10, Firefox and Chrome) and mobile (Android, Firefox). Clicking into previously read thread expecting to be brought to the newest posts (#latest in URL), but instead being brought to page 1.

Just started happening in the last few minutes, whatever change was pushed.

Yeah, having this same problem. Every thread I click into brings me to the first post.

    Same problem here, Android chrome

Yup, even reopening threads still leads to first post @Boards.ie: Niamh

Likewise on my W11 desktop with Chrome

Here's another one I've just noticed in the last little while.. users that were previously on my ignore list were deleted from it? Copped this when I could see their posts in threads again

I'm being brought to the first page too. It's a comedy of errors at this stage.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
