ABC gym in Lucan has done some work with teenagers in the past, may be worth contacting them to see if their classes would take a teenager or if they have a teen class.
It could be worth considering Lucan Boxing Club, which is or used to also be a CrossFit affiliate and would likely have quite a few teens training.
