It's weird. Expectations always seem to be unrealistically huge for these things, no matter how little Sony (or whoever) hype it.

Having said that, Capcom making a dinosaur game that isn't a Dino Crisis reboot is a let down.

PS5 getting Gameboy emulation before the Switch.

Save States and Rewind functions might actually let people finish the NES Turtles game now.

Must try out the FF Origin demo.

Spent so much money on the TMNT arcade game at Shannon Airport as a kid. Didn't care about who was arriving, I just wanted to play the damn game. It was gone one year. I was very sad.

Don't think the collection would be for me, old games are too frustrating for me nowadays! Look forward to it's inclusion in some service at some point though. See if that arcade game really was as hard as I remember (or my parents wallet remembers!).

Co-op Returnal sounds good, and I don't usually say that about co-op games. But I think Returnal has a good fit, albeit completely against the story (from the first couple of levels, never got beyond that before trading). Valkyrie has piqued my interest. Liking Trek to Yomi. That's about it. Nothing amazing, but wasn't expecting much.

The clip of Forspoken got my attention, can't be doing with the voice acting for some reason but the action gameplay has a hint of Control in a different setting which is no bad thing.

Also keeping an eye on Trek to Yomi, not quite sure how it will play but love the art style.

Whenever I see Square Enix's name on anything now I groan. They are fast becoming the most exhausting and frustrating publisher in the AAA gaming space - and I say that as someone who enjoys their games for the most part. Forspoken has a nice gameplay concept as it's refreshing to see pure magic combat; reminds me of Infamous (SS). However, that leaked gameplay a while back was unacceptable and the marketing for the game has generally been cringe-inducing. The delay was unsurprising.

Ghostwire: Tokyo looks interesting and it's apparently published by Bethesda who has never published a bad game IMO, but I will wait for reviews first (if they even send review copies out this time).

Also, it's good that Returnal has a co-op mode now. Those who may have returned the game after giving up on the first boss can get that extra help.

Interested in seeing it finally, but I can't imagine it being anything too adventurous or unique (other than the setting).

Edit: If the rumours about it having some form of Nemesis system are true, that could elevate it. Having a bitter rival from one of the other schools as you progress through the game could be fun.

I can’t find the PS5 €10 GTA V in the store (both on the console or through the app). All I can find is GTA Online for free. It was there a few days ago. Any ideas? I’ve tried searching, checking every section - nowhere to be found.

It's well hidden. You can only get it on the PS5 console. Find the PS4 version then click on the 3 dots and you should be able to select it.

It couldn't be more hidden. You have to go to the 'main one' that says GTAV (with PS4 showing in the top left of the screen) and then select the PS5 version from there. I think by pressing the options next to it. It seemed to be more hidden than other versions. It looks great when you finally install it if that's any consolation!

Bit of a correction here - you can reserve and collect from a nominated library. I chanced my arm with Shadow of the Colossus, and sure enough, 2 weeks later I was informed it was ready for collection. I think it came from Maynooth.

Bit of a hidden gem this... they dont have everything, and you may be waiting month+ for a popular game, but sure free is free...

When I searched for it I could find it for €10, but when I accessed it via a different route it showed as free for me. ALlowed me to download the PS5 version to my console without paying.

Was this a mistake?

When you try to play it only the online will work. If you try to play the story mode you will asked to pay €10 for it.

If you click the 3 dot icon beside play/download on the PS4 version you can pick the PS5 version there and the play become buy with the 9.99 price.

PS App now has function of saving your PS5 captures. Open your ps app, click library icon and then Captures. Click Enable and then the next time you screenshot something from your console, it will be available on your app for 14 days.

Considering how many games have photo mode I'm surprised it wasn't available sooner.
