Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One of the kids just cancelled appointment for 9 year old brother by replying to the HSE text! Pulling my hair out here as appointment was already not until Saturday week and he's very anxious and can bare thought of waiting any longer.

    Appointment no longer showing online.

    Phone line no help.

Anything similar happen to anyone here and what was outcome? Should we still just show up to original appointment?

    Thanks!

Just show up with the original text.

Is text just needed to get you in the door - so to speak? Once in, having an appointment not an issue once registered?

    Call the HSE Live number

    Contact the HSE - HSE.ie

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

Tried them and no help whatsoever

Said they could only look at past appointments and not new ones or those in future

    Hopeless!

says on the website if more than one child registered can bring them along to appointment issued to sibling.

So if they have space for siblings to come along to appointments sure you can come along with your original text and get it name will be in the 'system' I presume.
