Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are you using a computer or phone or tablet to fill out the form?

Assuming that you are using a computer you can try moving the screenshot image you have to the c:\ drive of your computer. When it's there right click on in it and rename it to something short. I think that error you are getting is possibly related to where the screenshot is currently stored on your PC. The amount of characters in the filepath e.g, (C:\Users\Me\Pictures\Screenshots\HSE Screenshots\Covid Stuff\Todays Stuff\this_screenshot_is_really_important_so_dont_delete_it.jpg) could be longer than 50 characters so moving and renaming it to something like c:\scr.jpg might get you over that hurdle.

    Hope that helps.
