Fitzwilliam food test opinions

Just wondering has anyone got the “Fitzwilliam food sensitivity test” where you can see out of 93 foods what your sensitive too and I think there is a 200 food test option available also.

is it worth the money? €255 for the 93 food test?

is it accurate?

The food characteristics altered nowadays; bread bleached and sprayed with pesticides, chicken raised on steroids so how this test can be accurate ?

Most food intolerance tests are nonsense, the only real way to test is by elimination/reintroduction.

Also, ignore the above. I suspect that poster is reading an *awful* lot of bro science from the US, as most of what they post doesn't apply to food grown/produced in the EU. Our food practices - thankfully - bear little to no resemblance to what's permitted in the US.

100%. Food intolerance tests are generally a complete waste of money. The ones that do work seems to work because after the test they get you to try eliminating things, which you could just do by yourself.
